Better hours than any other bank in the county. Mortgage rates beat every bank and online mortgage company. Safe deposit boxes readily available. Helpful and friendly staff. My only issue with TD is their savings rates and the worst. Look elsewhere for savings accounts with interest. All other baking is good here.

The officer of this branch made 3 mistakes on our names and address when I opened the account there in March 2023. It results my credit card were not received by me.

The most annoying bank ever. No one cares if you are waiting for hours or days. There is one lady at the service desk who goes in and out of a room and each time she had to stay for more than 30 mins .

They claim to be America’s Most Convenient Bank where in fact they are not. The Most Annoying Bank is the best way to describe them. Everytime you call, they don’t pick up and the call will be transferred to a voice message (from a lady with a very thick Indian accent) that says their branch is temporarily closed. If you have money in there you will panic. Better improve the sevice and stop hard selling of your products. ???

Every time I transact with this bank, and its personnel, I receive professional and pleasant service. I am surprised at the one star ratings. I have never experienced anything close to what the one star folks are stating. I have my business and personal banking with this bank. All other banks I had done business with in the past pales by comparison to TD bank's Leesburg VA. Branch.

We received very friendly and professional services at this TD Branch. Particularly Maridalia and Kalpana at the till went above and beyond to accommodate our banking needs and requests. Great job!! Highly recommend this TD Branch to anyone. (they are open 7 days a week too).

Never mind the hours, even the ATM is awful. Every week I have issues when depositing cash. Even if I take cash from another bank and try to deposit here, it won't accept it. So unreliable and inconvenient.

We love this specific TD Bank. Rupinder is the Branch Manager and she is fantastic. Gets everything we need done in a timely manner and always is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend going to see her or her staff. Everyone is really nice.

When you go in there asking for something and you know what you want ,yet you have the bank tellers with the worst customer Service. Insisting on something else. Saying that they can't give me a starter check or a counter check
