it's refreshing to find a store associate that treats you with respect and makes you want to stay which is what I found in the gentleman that assisted me on Sat 7/22/23 at 6pm. I had to return some magnetic eyelashes that, after seeing some youtubes, felt it was too hard to do. He was kind and engaging and the type of employee I even look to hire. Treat him right so we won't take him....blessings.

I asked a lady for a color and thier samples said it was th color but when I put the dye in it was bright pink I do not recommend buying from this store because thier dyes aren't accurate.

Please give Desiree a raise. She literally spent 15 minutes giving my wife a crash course in how to bleach and dye her hair. Immensely knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 will come back

I was just in the Leesburg store and I was being watched. I was looking at nail polish and talking to my son on the phone when I notice that the cashier went to the front of the store and moved a couple of bottles of something around, just so that she could see what I was doing. I stood there for a minute, trying to decide if I was going to buy what I came in there for or just leave. I told my son, in a voice loud enough for her to hear, that I was being watched. It's really sad. This is why I don't take my purse into some stores, and this is one of them. I came in with my phone in my hand, and that was it. Needless to say, I did not spend my money in the store and I don't think I'll be back. I'm thinking about going back into the store just to let her know that I know that she was watching me.

Save your time and money by shopping elsewhere. This location doesn’t have basic items like ponytail holders and basic hair rollers. Their prices are much higher and selection is limited. When I spoke to the sales rep, their excuse was “they don’t stock us like they used to.” The customer service is bland at best. On several occasions, this store has opened late, closed early, and sometimes didn’t open at all.You’ll have better luck shopping at Target, Walmart, or Amazon.

Very bad service. The girl with half-shaved and colored hair, who was attending yesterday March 31st, closed the store15 min. before and having seen that I arrived with my daughter, she was not even kind enough to look at us from the inside and give us an explanation. We came from far away looking for a product that I couldn't find in my hometown store, and her act of lack of courtesy and commitment with her job, affected us a lot. Those are the low-commitment workers who negatively affect a store's name. I didn't want to waste my time and car gas again. Very bad experience.

Eli was ready to help once I stepped into the store. The customer service and kindness, I experienced was above and beyond. Eli is indeed a rare gem.

Eli who works here was the biggest help ever, was super nice and extremely informed. He helped myMom and I get all the right stuff for our hair, really good experience and definitely going again.

Negative stars if possible. Wife entered this store and 3 employees talking amongst themselves and did not even greet her. Poor brush selection. Don't get your hopes up.

There is young lady there with short red hair, she is very nice and professional in her job. I am very happy that trust in her recommendation about hair color and hair care.

disappointed once again. Went in to the Leesburg , VA Sally's. The gal who helped me with the correct color gave me a color that would have turned the grey I was covering up to a purplish silvery grey while the hair previously dyed would have turned an ashy grey. What!!! I was trying to do my roots to a dark blonde without any brassyness. This girl was totally off Good thing I checked their app and did the "try on color" app that shows you what the color will look like since it was a newer color. So I went back to return at a different Sallys in Sterling, VA and the two girls kept giving me conflicted advice. Now here is where it gets weird So I went to the cash register to ring up various products and the price for a hair touch up totaled $130.00. I I could get this done at a salon for much less than that. I asked the cashier to show me what I'm being charged for she said she can't because her screen doesn't turn to the customer. I said okay. I want to cancel. She said I can't I said I don't want the products. I said just credit me for the products I'm returning. She again said no I can't do that. Puzzled by her responses I said. Void this transaction. Then refund me the cost of the products I'm returning. Now. I hadn't given her a payment so this is easily voided. But for the life of me I don't know why she kept saying no I can't do that. Plus the girls don't speak very good English. A store like Sally's should train their employees or hire people that are familiar with their products and know how to give the correct information on these products. I feel like they have very little knowledge if any and terrible customer service. I will say though, their was a as manager, a blank woman who helped me in Leesburg. She was extremely helpful knew all the products. Had a color guide to help with choosing the correct color. Outstanding customer service. Possibly a General Manager. I went back to her store but she wasn't there and the woman who was there was the one who was suggesting I use the color that would have turned my hair gray. Very frustratingly.
