Nice people, good stock of parts and often very good prices. They have helped me sometimes when no one else could. It is certainly worth checking with them when you need auto parts or products like fluids.

Great place for parts. Also got to see my ex Autozone manager Michael working there. Had a few laughs with him again. Stop in and see him. He's a great guy with lots of humor.

Came in looking for a hard to find item and the staff searched high and low to find the item in the store, not giving up until it was located. Everyone was incredibly friendly and very pleasant throughout the whole experience. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.

This Napa store is one of the best auto parts in the area, if they dont have it they can get it. And there's one parts man I love dealing with. I love to give his name but I didnt ask him first. But I think you will know once you are dealing with him.

I bought a motor for the wind shield wipers for my car last week.turns i didnt need it i needed the transmisión for the wipes.so i went a week later ,yesterday to return it.and the manager named jose told me that the piece was used when i just bought it had the reciept and everything.i told him to look at where the screws went and to see if it was used and tried to tell him it wasnt when he was the one the Who sold it to me .we exchanged words and he didnt want to give me my refund.then went to a napa in sterling for a 2nd opinión and asked if he would accept but he told me they are different branches and he told me it looked new and he knew it wasnt used. Horrible customer service never coming back again.
