Update yet again February 9,2024 sent one person and they couldn't fix my washing mashine. Im absolutely fed up with lowes.I purchased our washer and dryer two years ago. We bought the extended warranty for the machines. We have been without a working washing machine since November 2,2023 and I've had multiple appointments sometimes they show up and usually just one person so they can't complete the job we have a stackable unit.Then one guy showed up didn't knock took a picture of his tool bag infront of my house claims he called me but he had the Wrong phone number. Then I finally get two repair men they replaced the control panel but never programed it to my washing machine and didn't hook up the water line they just said if codes show up look it up. So they left and didn't repair my machine in working order. Then like the other times they only sent one guy and he couldn't complete the work. Then today a repair man canceled again and had to reschedule for the 7th time. Mind you I've had to take off work for all of theses times and here we go it's January 30th and my washing machine is still broken. Good luck talking to a actual person that's hit or miss.I'm highly dissatisfied with Lowes. We spent alot of money for something and for what more money being lost from days away from work. We have 3 kids and I have to take our clothes to my moms house to get them washed because the machine we spent a fortune on doesn't work and the Lowes warranty is ridiculous. It's almost not worth getting the warranty and buying the nice products if this is how they treat their paying customers.

I ordered my appliances in the middle of November, they told me Jan 4th will be delivered, order never delivered on time , when i ask where is my order nobody know nothing in the end of January they told me delivery will on April 11 ?♂️ i need to cancel the order and go to the BestBuy and buy it. What i would like to say don’t believe their discounts you will loose money and time .

I waited around for 40 minutes to buy significant kitchen appliances. The one guy who was knowledgeable was unavailable during his shift and then his shift ended. A few other kind women tried to help but they openly had no knowledge on the topic. The manager was nowhere to be found. Driving 10 mins to Home Depot.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly but hard to find sometimes. Prices are okay. Some things Run High. Check out is fast and fairly accurate however you do have to use the self checkout now 90% of the time.

Lowe's has basically robbed me. I placed an order (order #793345446) online on January 13th with a delivery date of 17 January. I take the 17th off, and while my ordered status say "on the way" the delivery never shows up. I get an email late that day from Lowe's stating my delivery was delayed and would be delivered on the 18th between 12 and 4. I get a message on the 18th at 11:00 that my order has arrived, however when I got home at 12, no order or present. I called the store asking about my order and they told me it was out for delivery and would arrive by 4.. . No delivery ever came.Today, Friday the 19, my order status changed to delivered, I even got a survey reflected a Wednesday the 17 delivery date had occurred. I attempted to contact the store, but they just say the system says it has been delivered. I'm left without my ordered items, I'm still charged the price of the items and no one at Lowe's cares.L

Lowe’s leesburg is Selling products without checking the inventory or delivery situations.Do not rely on delivery and availability even after you fully paid for your items and delivery cost.They partially delivered my order and they said they can’t deliver the remaining order and will not refund the delivery cost as it partially delivered after holding my project for about 2 weeks.Had to pay extra for labor and shipping due to their lack of customer service.

Since six years ago, I have been shopping at Leesburg Lowes frequently for my two major restoration projects. I've always found Lowe's staff to provide the best service. They are incredibly nice, informed, and helpful, especially Miss My favorites are Irma and Sharon❤️

I am not an expert on hardware stores, but this place has all your hardware needs, including, but not limited to, screws, signs, wood, toilets, doorbells, hammers, and tiles.I guess they also sell scrub daddy here, so go to Lowes if you need hardware store stuff.

Clean, helpful staff. The weather was unseasonably warm in December and I needed mulch and humus for a gardening project. Tractor Supply was out, but Lowe's was stocked.Amazed that one sales associate could answer all my questions.

Was denied a return by a rude customer service employee. They cut me off repeatedly by the phrase “Have a good day Sir!”, when I was trying to explain something critical. They then told me, “Go sell it to get your money back”. When I was being polite the entire time. I then went to the Lowe’s 20 minutes away in Sterling and they executed return in less than a minute with no issues. A very *not my problem* type of attitude. Something needs to be done about this employee… I can only imagine the service they have given to other customers…
