They need to put cameras outside of the gym. Don’t be cheap. Thieves broke into few cars on Monday between 7-8 pm. I heard the customers complained to the front desk ( 5 young men ) and they thought that was funny. So sad

My car window was smashed and valuable items were stolen outside LA fitness Leesburg. Surprisingly there are no cameras around the club which is disturbing nor it was notified to the clients to be vigilant. I go alone sometimes late and now I am worried for my safety. I was told this has happened numerous times. Please beware.The club otherwise has a great welcoming and helpful staff.

First time at LA Fitness. Austin gave me a tour, helped me learn where each machine was that I was interested in and showed me how to use it. He was professional and friendly!

They make it impossible to cancel your membership. Went in and asked for a form to cancel. They said they can't print it so they emailed it. I went to print it, then it says it has to be mailed in (can't hand it to the club). Then they say they can't find it. They are money sharks they'll never let you quit

Was a steady LA Fitness member for a handful of years until I started traveling for work in 2021. Recently came back for a couple months to visit family and needed a short term membership. Riley helped me out with the gym membership and Matt helped me with a personal training package. Everything we talked about regarding the membership and the personal training package was honored, and I didn't have any problems terminating my membership.I worked with Paolo for personal training. He was really friendly and easy to work with. I think I forgot training a couple times in the beginning, but once I got in the groove of it, it wasn't too bad. He's encouraging and can be really lenient. But I think he figured out towards the end that I need a tough trainer, so he pushed me a lot more. LOL.I'm not sure what time in the morning they have busy hours, but I've noticed they get quite busy after 4PM. Some equipment can use some updates/upgrades, but they do the job. It's also fairly clean; I would just always wipe down the equipment before and after use in case some people don't! Had a pretty solid experience.
