Manager had the worst attitude. Almost as if She was forced to work there. New Shoes had a scratch, I asked if I could have a new pair since this was of the display, or throw in a cleaning product, she rubbed it with her finger smh . The csr was brilliant though. Supervisor (kiran) was chill too. I recommend others to shop elsewhere. I know I'm not going to this place ever.

Visiting Leesburg Outlets and looking for a comfortable Skechers I stopped by Famous Footwear Outlet rather than the Skechers Outlet as I heard they have better discounts. Found a really good pair that my PT Doctor approved and plan to start breaking them in soon. Lots of shoes and sneakers on display and good efficient service checking out.

Very poorly managed. Waited in line with 6-7 other customers and when I asked if the lone cashier (who was the asst manager) could call for help, he called but no one showed. Very slow service.

Well kept store with friendly service. It's a famous footwear so your might not always find what you're looking for. But the prices are pretty good and they have a good smattering of shoe types and brands
