Bought a one year old 2023 Crosstrek (4K miles) from this dealer. Months later when I finally checked the oil level it was way overfilled. Instead of just giving me an oil change with the correct oil level they siphoned some oil out (14oz). I guess that works. After a 10 minute drive and a 10 minute sit I checked the oil and it was still high. Went back to the dealer and the checked the oil and it was right at the top of the full line. I asked the mechanic how long we should wait and he said "60 seconds." He tested it 3 times and it was right at the max full. I when home waited 10 minutes and it was still overfilled. The manual says to wait AT LEAST 5 minutes. I guess the maintenance people know better. They refused to resolve the problem. Looks like a Christmas oil change for me (not from this dealer). I hope my engine is not damaged from the high oil level.

Consistent excellent customer service year after year. Our family has six Subarus & Kia & we've come here for service for 10+ years. The Service Department has multiple waiting areas, (private cubes for working on your laptop, 2 separate waiting areas with super comfortable chairs & couches with separate TVs). For parents there is an enclosed room with a child's play area that has toys, it's own TV & it's very clean. Rental cars are available if you need to drop your car off & not wait. Scott, the Senior Service Advisor is forthright, knowledgeable courteous & friendly. If there are coupons available, he always lets us know which one would save us the most money, which we really appreciate. The staff is great, from the person who pulls your car back into the service bay to the cashier who rings you up is friendly (Dajaniea, Kelly, Brittny, Jim & Masa). Each person who brings their vehicle in for service has a different concern & we can only speak to our own experiences but we'd recommend this dealership and service department to any of our friends and family.

I showed up to purchase a used vehicle from out of town. The test drive went great. The price was right due to the cosmetic issues and history of the vehicle. I was willing to take a risk on them, but the finance department's efforts on my part fell short. I was approved to buy locally, but somehow couldn't get the green light here? I even put extra effort in the following day to ensure my income was more than legit and for my efforts there was not even someone to follow up with me. Very disappointing to have car keys placed in front of me like I was going to drive off the lot and then be rejected. I'll be offering my thousands of dollars to someone else this year.

I bought my first Subaru from here in 2020 and had a great experience and we just bought a 2nd one! We worked with Bruno who was honest and transparent with us and the current state of the market (which we appreciated because he didn’t waste our time with certain models) BUT he and the finance team worked hard to ensure they stayed without our budget. We walked out with a brand new 2023 White Forester Sport which was a trim higher than what we had in mind! We are so happy with the car and very happy with the service we received. Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Dulles Subaru. Overall, a great experience. Bruno, our sales guy, did a nice job of finding us a vehicle at a price we could afford. After delivery, we were invited to an "In Person Love Encore" two weeks later to go over all of the Forester's advanced features. At first we thought we could figure things out on our own, but we were very happy we attended. Donna McDonald, who provides this post delivery session, spent nearly an hour with us going over every button and system in the car. We left knowing more about our new car than we could have imagined, and were given a $25.00 gas card to boot. Do this short session, it really helps!

I love my new Subaru, made possible by the people who sold it to me. I especially value the 1 hour in person follow-up training that I received. All the car’s operating features were shared with me on site by an expert who worked with me in my new car to learn and understand them. Consequently, I feel confident and safe driving my new vehicle and am thankful to have been helped by such competent people.

I just bought my 1st Subaru at this dealership. I have always driven a bigger, American made, GMC, SUV. They were so helpful and kind at Dulles Subaru. No hassle or pressure. I’m very happy with my new 2022 Ascent. Bringing it in for service there is very nice too. They have been extremely friendly and professional.

Just purchased a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek from Dulles Subaru and had an excellent experience. Bruno was the best! I threw a lot of questions at him too. Seriously, he thought outside of the box and helped me to get the perfect vehicle for me.

I just purchased a new 2023 Impreza from Dulles Subaru. They did not pressure me, allowed me time to consider the deal, and they met my price after a little back and forth.They were reasonable and made the process smooth. I was offered the customary add on warranties, etc. and declined, and there was no hard sell, they accepted NO.My only complaint is that they applied a corporate logo to the back of the car and I didn't know. I will now have to use some sort of adhesive remover to get rid of it. (in addition to the license plate advertisements all dealers put on).

We have purchased several cars from Dulles Subaru. Have found salespeople, service department to be excellent.Our first time using the Customer Service Manager, Donna McDonald. Her expertise & knowledge of our new car was phenomenal. She was so patient demonstrating all the features, some we were not even aware that we had. Donna is a great asset to the Dulles dealership & every new owner should take advantage of her help.

I just bought a 2023 Subaru Forester Sport from Dulles Subaru, and the experience was great! Moe was very helpful during the sales process, and explained everything to me in detail, and we were even able to complete some of the paperwork online ahead of time. After delivery, Donna showed me all the features of my new car and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful.

Great experience here. I was shopping around for a Kia Stinger, but was being patient with the process. I honestly did not expect to leave with a car, but Ashley was amazing and a pleasure to work with and we worked out a perfect deal. No wasted time, just straight to the point and they sent me on my way. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
