I searched for local jeweler after a few attempts to get help from one of the other local well known places. In my attempts working with the other jeweler I feel unbelievably discouraged and unexcited by their helpfulness and knew that I needed to find a new relationship. I believe the well known place is just too bustling now to be able to take the time and give me the attention that I need for designing custom pieces or even showing me options for a wedding band.So I filled out the form online through Diamond Lake website and with in minutes Allen called me and In SECONDS I KNEW that I AM TEAM ALLEN NOW! He OFFERED his services to me for designing a ring after listening to everything I said about what I was looking for. He told me he could do a CAD design and make exactly what I was wanting. He OFFERED that if I had some older gold items that I no longer wore, that he could use those for the gold for my new pieces he were designing. Even though I don't have any gold to repurpose, it made me so happy that Allen was providing me ALL of these options so that I could choose what was best for me.Right off the bat, I am excited to be working with Allen, so very thankful to have found him, and encouraged for the process of designing and hopefully SOON wearing a new piece of jewelry that will be made just for me, just the way that I want.

First time going to this jewelry store. I was looking for a custom setting for my wife’s Diamond. This place designed exactly what I wanted and delivered in the timeframe quoted. And great price:)

Went in to buy an engagement ring. Sent Allen a picture of the setting I found somewhere else and he put it in CAD and made it for me PERFECTLY based on the picture. Then he found me a 2ct stone which looked amazing, set and polished everything for me and it came out perfectly. Will definitely go here again! He even beat the price of Ritani, which I thought was impossible. Such a great place!

I looked around for a local jeweler to have my wife’s rings resized and Diamond Lake Jewelry had some outstanding reviews. Very knowledgeable, friendly and has excellent craftsmanship. This will be my new go to for jewelry and jewelry work.

Awesome family owned business, Allen is so honest and knowledgable - his prices were very reasonable, and he gave me great advice on the type of chain I should get for a custom anklet. They also do watch repairs, highly recommend Diamond Lake!

Great place to replace watch battery. Best price in town. Mr.Alex was very nice and quick to get my watch battery replaced 6 of them with in 30 minutes. I'm very please with his service. Store is very nice and clean. More selection of jewelry. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

This is a store where customer service and time to talk to the customer is still King. Personable and informative on the subject of jewelry. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Quality is great. This is not a take a number store.

Allen is VERY knowledgeable and listens carefully to customers rather than just selling. He took the time to show me various items and explaining in detail the settings and what made some better than others. We must have looked at 30+ items before focusing on the two best options for 'the right' gift. First time I've completely trusted a jeweler in steering me to the right selection.

Went here to repair my girlfriends bracelet and the person was able to fix it in 10 minutes for a really low price I was amazed and very kind also love the music in the store. Would recommend anyone to come here for repairs and even buying some jewelry for a good price.

Very attentive, friendly and was able to repair my bracelet for a fair price and good timing! Would definitely return for any other jewelry related repairs!

I would give this store 10 stars, if I could! Allen was very helpful and provided the most exceptional customer service. They have some exquisite pieces on display as well! This will be the only jewelry store I come to in the future!
