I have been going to this place for few years now and the service has been continuously superb, considering I drive almost 2hours to get there . At first I met Shoaib, who made my shopping comfortable, after a year or two, I met Selma oh wow then she just took the service to another level and am like wow these individuals are so passionate about the job then I met Nagra the store gaffer , oh my gosh she is the definition of outstanding customer service .. I understood retail and the stress that comes with it so having to see these individuals going through that with smiles each time made me always come back. Even Myron the new guy blew me out with his service.Thank you guys.Mr H

They are so bad altitude and bad customer service I was there the last Saturday exchange shirts I just asked her just change the color I am a customer almost long time she told me a lot of bad things the supervisor bad and racist her name selma.... all the time the customer is King you have to respect the customer thank you for the bad customer service I'm not coming back again

Poor representation of the Burberry luxury experience, even for an outlet. On the day of my visit the staff was seemingly a group of disgruntled ladies who were probably treated poorly at a retailer, and this is their revenge on customers unlike themselves. I imagine the positive reviews are from customers they deemed worthy of special treatment (which appeared to be locking the doors and not allowing other customers in while they shop). As a brand and in most jurisdictions securing the store for sole customer shopping is done by appointment during off hours. When it is done as a form of discrimination there is a problem. I made a complaint to the city manager and Burberry. I encourage other customers who experience this to do the same and post reviews. During my visit I watched the sales associates decide who should come in and they had a preference for white or Asian customers. The sales associate working with me was overbearing and intended on making me uncomfortable she gave push back when I asked for inventory from the back for items I wanted to purchase and even discussed how “… boys” ran in and stole items but were caught. A different sales associate (older Asian female) addressed me as “lady” and then made disparaging remarks in front of me about the Hispanic men who were buying multiple pairs of shoes referring to them as too loud and too much. I will not return.

Looking over the fact that they have such a small collection, the vast majority of employees that work there are very unfriendly. I have gone and bought from this location several times and I seldomly get greeted when I come in. The only way I get decent service is on the weekends when there are multiple people there and I get lucky with a nice associate. On the weekdays, like today, the staff is cold, unfriendly, and provide no help. The only help I got was when I was being rung up for a purchase. Very disappointing experience given the amount of money being spent when I go there.

I was waited on by Yoon Hee and she was great. Low pressure and very attentive and got my items for me to try. Ended up buying a jacket which was the only one in its size and she kindly put it aside for me as I was deciding to get that or something else. Very pleasant and followed up with a text message later to ask about my purchase. Would recommend her if you visit this location.

Very unpleasant experience overall. I understand that they can get stressed when it's but they weren't. The lady who were helping were very rude and made the whole shopping experience unpleasant. Kept on forcing us with her opinions and very haste in making decisions for us which wasn't welcomed. Also whatever you buy in this location is not refundable. Never coming back there.

Racist - This location had their door locked… an old habit from Covid I suppose to limit crowds. An employee waited for two extra guests to leave- while we stood in the freezing cold- before letting us in (even though two people had already exited before we walked up). Didn’t think much of it. Until another set of guests came to the door, and the same employee hurried to let them in. Interestingly, the employee stopped in their tracks and pretended to be busy when they saw me watching. We are black, the employee and other guests are white. Didn’t buy a thing and won’t be back.

Everything online says this store is open until 9pm. However, they actually closed at 7pm. We got there right at 7pm and they closed the doors and wouldn't let anyone in. We weren't the only people who came to the outlets for just this store. We drove over an hour to get here. You'd think they would put the right hours online if they are going to close early.

We were in DC for the weekend and decided to stop by, seeing as we had just gone to the Burberry in King of Prussia mall. This was well worth the trip, without a doubt had good outlet prices at 25% less off of items that had already been discounted. Large selection of items for both men and women and the staff was awesome, helped us find absolutely anything we needed.
