I just want to say kudos to the gals that work there. It is always super busy in this store and they still take the time to help me find a gift for my niece. The cashier was exceptionally patient with me and offered me a free gift bag to make my present perfect. The customer before me was so mean to the cashier but she handled it beautifully!!

They're more of a White Barn than Bath and Body Waters, but overall it's a nice and clean store. Every person I interacted with was really nice.

I love this place.Since these are outlets, they had wide variety of body lotions, not generally available at other locations I generally find in the malls.

Hours online are incorrect but another user may have suggested the correct times. M-Th the store is supposed to close at 8 but they locked the doors prior to that time. If you plan on making a trip out here make sure you get here earlier than is stated.

I visited during a drizzly Sunday afternoon. The store was very busy but well organized. The associates were very friendly and ready to help. My friend had tons to buy that day and one of them came over to give her a basket. I appreciated how well executed the merchandising was in the store. Although it had high customer traffic, there was hardly any wait at a long line. The shelves were well stocked and organized. I was excited to find that my favorite soap, Rose Water and Ivy made a return in the non-foaming soap variety. They were gone for awhile and I'm so glad it's back again!! The cashier told me that the next best deals/ sale will be right after Christmas and not during Black Friday. This was good to know. I look forward to stopping by again in the future.

I love this store! The associates are super friendly and helpful, and I never feel pressured to buy anything. I always find something here though, and I find they have a great selection, especially the holiday themed items that are sometimes hard to find in other locations. I love B&BW products, and it's so nice having a store so close!
