I got locked out if my unit. Called and told the guy. He told me he had to get someone to send him a code to give to me to unlock it. I thought this was going to take awhile. Less than 30 minutes later he called me with the code and I was able to unlock my unit. Very friendly also.

I got a 10x15 unit. It's only 13"6". Rental was easy. Not a fan of the prorated rent which made me pay almost 2 full months to start.

The surrounding area is nice and clean around the building and I really feel safe with My stuff in the unit, I'm in Baltimore and the unit is in Keysville, Va. I have No worries.????
