I gave someone a ride to this Taylor's auto services after an accident so they could retrieve their personal items from their vehicle that Taylor's had picked up. My passenger spoke to the woman at the front, who told them the towed vehicles are stored at another location, and that if we follow her daughter and some man in their truck they will guide us there and let us into the vehicle. everyone seemed to be on the same page about this plan, the two women and the driver of the truck, and us. they pulled out of the parking lot before my passenger, who they were just speaking to, could get into the car. as we were pulling out of the parking spot, we watched them in their f350 with their license plate covered up floored it into traffic and caused both lanes of traffic to screech to a stop, nearly causing an accident. they then ran a stop sign and pulled into oncoming traffic again. eventually i was able to catch up to them as we approached a light, and as it turned yellow the truck driver slammed his brakes. right as i was telling my passenger, "see, he's not so bad, he's just not a great pilot car" this guy floored it again right when the light turned red! he ran two stop signs and a red light. It's like they didn't want us following them. I don't know if these people are smoking meth or what was going on in their heads. they were very weird. once we got to the tow yard, the Taylor's employees who brought us there didn't even have the keys to the car in the lot we came to get into. we had to wait for another employee to bring the keys. they all seemed very inconvenienced by having to participate in the daily operations of the tow yard they run. very weird.

Came highly recommend by nearly the entire town of Goochland only to let me down in every way imaginable. Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice staff. Mechanic was able to complete water pump replacement in under 72 hours for a very reasonable price. They do offer a military discount as well. If I am ever stationed back down here and have future car troubles I will be coming back.

I can’t believe they really tried to scam me gave me a crazy price of repairs my car needed and I took it to another shop and they couldn’t find half of the things they listed. This is messed up.
