I should of done a review years ago when my children attended but even with the bad reviews, I did a tour and absolutely loved this place. If I didn't have to move, I can guarantee my kids would still be attending to this day!!

My daughter has been attending KACC for almost a year. The staff is amazing. Friendly environment and all the kids are well behaved! Love this place!!!

They don’t take the time to get to know the child and are quick to get rid of them.Be careful!! They will take your registration fee and throw them out the next day with no refund! I’ve never put my child in a more pathetic daycare. Director is mean and very rude !!

Horrible daycare!!! They kicked my son out on his first day! I dropped him off at 8:15am and they called me at 8:25am stating that he needed to be picked up and was not able to return. I asked for my $75.00 registration fee back for the 4 papers that I signed in total the day before and she stated it was non refundable. I stated that I will be taking it to court and she laughed and hung up in my face. For them to give up on a child within 15 minutes of meeting him is ridiculous! They should be shut down. Immediately!! Terrible staff and they only had one person watching over 15-20 kids at a time. They also took pictures of my child without a photo release form.

My daughter has been attending, for over two years now. I love not just the teachers and the owners I love the facility. My child loves going to school each morning, and as a mother that's a great feeling. It's always clean. The care did the children get here I believe is above and beyond what my expectations were. Our little one just graduated the other day. And we don't live in the school district so we are sad to be leaving next year. Because if we could stay we would. They also respect special Care I had to bring in a doctor's note for my child's physician because she was having bladder infections. In the staff was more than happy to give my child the extra attention that she needed and made sure she had the extra water during the day that she needed. Also if she had miss school for a few days I get a phone call because they care and they want to check on her. Hands down best place that we've ever been to and I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

I enrolled my daughter about 4 years ago and all I can say is "AMAZING". The staff is so friendly and loving. Prior to my daughter starting Head Start, she knew all her colors, alphabets, counting to 100 and writing her name and alphabets. I feel if you treat your staff well it shows in their work and efforts!!!! Keep up the good job.

My kids have been going to Kid Around Child Care for 4.5 years. They’ve been nothing but great to not only me as a parent but more importantly to my children. The bond my children have with the staff is something I’ll always cherish. Due to a move we are sad to leave them! But I can personally tell you they are the best childcare facility in the area!

I've used Kid Around for my granddaughter for 2 1/2 years. The owners, as well as the staff, are very professional and friendly. The facility is always clean. I would recommend this Child care to anyone!

Yells at children. Also dont know how to properly handle a tempertantrum of a child. Brought drs note in stating my son needs lotion on his hands after hand washing due to ezcema and owner flat refused to even tho my child was coming home with bleeding cracked knuckles. Owner accused me of taking photos of children on playground. Didnt ask just called to tell me not to take pics. I never did. Kept stating my child has a behaviour problem for hhaving temper tantrums (hes 3) when my child had gone to a daycare a full year prior to this ine with no problems. Owners are very closeminded people and when they decide how things are they dont consider. Its their way or highway. My child was having a rough week and owner refused to call me all week until i came to pick him up and then told me at 530pm on a thrusday, he would be disenrolled. When he was in her office @3 that day. No heads up @ work to make arrangements. I personally believe its because i made a complaint to virgina inspectors because they get funds from the state to allow social services daycare parents able to come etc. It was a personal issue they had against me.because i would ask about.marks and scratches my child would recieve and staff could not account for when my son would say other teachers and children were hitting or scratching him. When i address owner showing marks she said she look into it but never addressed it again. When i followed up she would say she forgot. No communication among staff. This is a poor place for children.
