Awesome place. Fast and friendly service getting watch batteries replaced. Great selection of jewelry and watches. Especially liked the variety of gemstones like sapphire.

I came here to get a Burberry watch battery replaced and I really liked the guy and how he as able look at the watch right away. After replacing the battery he told me the watch still did not work and basically his dad was as backed up for several months and could not take on any repairs for now. He did make some suggestions on getting another watch for about the cost of the repairs on eBay. I actually listened to him and getting a watch from there today. I really appreciate his honesty and can not believe they been there for 47 years repairing watches and selling jewelry.

I went to get my Chopard watch what was hopefully just a battery, having been turned away from several high end Chopard dealers saying I needed to send it off for service (for a minimum of 1k). I took in my watch, he immediately said oh I can fix it, it's in great shape and was able to fix my time, give me a new battery and show me how well my watch was holding up in minutes. The service was top notch, with a smile, and I was charged $10. I was told it would be a minimum of $1k by four other places. I will absolutely be returning for all of my watch needs.

I went into Kim's today to have a couple of watch batteries replaced. While I was there, I also found a beautiful pendant to give as a last-minute Christmas gift. Service with a smile and reasonably priced! I will be back!

Troy is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. He replaced 4 watch batteries and resized a watch in 20 minutes. Very good prices. I will definitely be back!

I don't have words for how much this store has meant to me throughout the years. It is family-owned, and the son, Troy, is as helpful and kind as a person working with the public can be. So many jewelry stores have an uppity, snobbish feeling to them, but this one does not, and is a breath of fresh air. Their jewelry is beautiful and affordable. I got my engagement ring there, and I am so happy with it. I'll attach a picture.I would give this store 6 stars if I could.

Customer service was fantastic. The man who helped us was so nice and resized my husband’s watch. Price was great, took no time at all, and he provided suggestions for refurbishing the watch in the future. We will be back!

Today’s experience was unmatched. Brought in like 6 watches, 4 needed batteries, one needed a link fixed and the other needed links adjusted. The gentleman that helped me was quick and couldn’t have be nicer. Kept me informed the entire time and I was out in 20 minutes. They have earned themselves a customer for life, won’t be taking my watches anywhere else.

What a great experience! It was my first time at Kim's Watchmakers & Jewelers, and I was there to get my Movado battery replaced. While the battery was being replaced, we started talking about all the places we missed in the shopping center, but specifically Chesapeake Bay Seafood House and their hush puppies :-) For all my future watch needs, I will be going back to Kim's.

I came in for a watch battery replacement and it was done very quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. It's a little strange that you have to ring and get let in, but since they're sometimes working in the back i guess it makes sense.
