Mr. Lam fixed my cuckoo clock quickly (5 minutes) and didn’t charge me a cent. He patiently explained to me that I was the problem with the clock not working properly and explained what to do in the future. He was very kind and could have easily charged me a service fee. They have a fantastic selection of both clocks and watches and their shop is SO cute! I highly recommend them!

I would never come back again. As a returning customer, I went there to have a have a new battery put on a new Swarovski watch as I did 2 months ago. The owner was rude when I found the price was marked up almost 40%( from $18 to $25), I understand price and labor is high these days. But the he kept saying, it’s not late. I can remove it if you don’t like. You should go to another place. Which is ridiculous and horrible. Never come back again.

Mr. Lam is an extraordinary professional, truly gifted and educated. I brought in my Tag Hauer Aquaracer Caliber 16. It had stopped, as it had been messed up at another shop. Mr. Lam did a superb job. My Tag used to gain 20 seconds a day. Now it is only gaining 3 seconds daily. I was so enthused with his work that I brought in a Tissot Lepine winding pocket watch I had purchased on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, just to have it adjusted. Mr. Lam increased the accuracy from +18 seconds a day to just +3 seconds a day (and that is intentional, to factor in for possible changes in temperature, latitude, humidity etc.). Mr. Lam is an absolutely brilliant craftsmen, who will enhance the performance of your entry level automatic or manual winding watch to a level only attained by high-end watches.

Just popped in to get a new watch band, but saw a large selection of very nice watches, and staff was friendly and extremely helpful
