Took great care of me when I was in pain, super nice and courteous staff, reasonable wait, great nurses, Dr. Chow was super helpful, clean rooms and waiting areas.

Ultimately we had to go to Fairfax childrens hospital but they did everything they could to make my daughter comfortable. Care was given quickly by ER standards.

The experience was very pleasant and I was treated with great care and concern. Everyone worked together and explained everything in detail to me. The specialist that was called in and his support staff were also very professional and supportive.As far as an ER goes, it was very pleasant.
