I live in the county so was paying full price which was $38/month. I usually only generate a bag or 2 of trash per week, therefore I felt the cost was WAY too high. I called to cancel my service which I have had for approximately 5 years. The lady I spoke with said it would cost $75 for them to collect the empty can PLUS a fee for fuel. I asked if I could return the can myself & she said no b/c it was an outside service. When they collected the can, it was in fact a Waste Mgmt. truck (so I was lied to). The bill came a week later for $96!!!! I will never recommend or use their services again!!!

I am very pleased with the service. It is very convenient and reliable. Would love to be offered a trash can wash about every 6 months to a year along with my service.

This business is the worst to work with! Do not go thru them we canceled our services with them months ago and yet they are still billing our company stating that we owe them money and we don't and we have emails to prove all of this.We are now with a different company for a 1/3rd of the price and have a bigger dumpster to top it off!

I have had waste management service for almost 5 years now.Over the last 5 years they have gone completely down hill.I have more missed pickups, trucks turning around in my personal driveway ruining my grass and driveway, and the cost has nearly doubled in the last 3 years.They were never willing to work with me and every time I had an issue. It seems they can never solve the issue over the chat and always provide a 877 number. If you call that you will be on hold for 1.5 hours each time...This place is trash... literally!I have switched to a local disposal company and am Much happier.

Avoid at all cost! Missed pick ups with false claims that my container was not out. Most recent incident this weekend 12/30 Container out on Thursday night12/28, Pick up is Friday12/29(no delay due to holiday) and no one came. Saturday 12/30 Container still siting by the side of the road. When I check my pick up status on the website it states that my container was not out for pick up. Container has been out since Thursday night. Since no Truck came by my house how can they claim that no container was out? This is not the first time this has happened. Very Very Very unhappy with the service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They were fine initially but we cancelled service with them at the beginning of November. They want to charge $97 to pick up their trash cans. They will not allow you to drop them off anywhere. They were supposed to pick them up on Nov. 7th. They rescheduled the pick up several times without telling us and we would have to call them to ask why they didn't pick them up. Apparently they think we have nothing better to do than to drag trash cans up and down our driveway. They did (after several complaint calls from us) start posting notices on our account about the pick ups being moved but we had to keep checking our account. The last scheduled pick up was on Nov. 30th. They still didn't pick up the cans and there have been no new notices on our account about when they will be picking them up. It is now Dec. 28th and we have received a bill for the $97 and the trash cans are still in my drive way. Horrible, horrible company. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

The weekly service was wonderful and I never had any issues. The price was incredibly affordable and we were happy with our services. Unfortunately, WM dropped our area so myself and several neighbors accounts were closed. When our services were stopped, we had less than 48 hours notice from the time an email arrived advising services were being terminated, from the time WM took their bin and left. WM advised the city was taking over services, which turned out to be wrong, so this left many of us scrambling for new services since proper notice was not given by WM.

I switched a little over a year ago from Republic Services to Waste Management and I am amazed at the difference in customer service and price. We were told to switch sooner but Republic made it very difficult to leave, representatives were rude or did not return calls and finally we just had to give them a date that we were done and NO MORE. They increased the monthly rate also at the end of our contract. I'm saving $150.00 / month now by having Waste Management as our dumpster service and the representatives are very friendly and helpful. God Bless Waste Management!
