I was looking for a glass display case and although Neal did not have one, he gave me many tips about obtaining one. He was super! I would definitely go back to see him if I needed furniture. He had good prices and many options.

Came into the store looking for a couch set and Neal was super helpful. He took the time to look up colors for the particular couch set that we liked that we saw in store. Our requested color was not in stock and he took the time to look up similar options for us. We opted for another in-store option. Great quality and custom service, we plan on coming back for a patio set!

Great place to buy furniture. With high social anxiety I didn’t have to experience a pushy, annoying salesman that pounces as soon as you walk in the door like we had every other place. We were in the market for a new mattress and Neal helped us find the perfect one at a price no one could compete with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We will definitely shop at iDeal whenever we need to add new pieces to our home.

Neal,Thank you for your great assistance in helping my wife and I select our Innomax Mirage™ 13″ Mattress – Digital Air Beds, Twin XL (One Digital 2.0 pump), with the Malouf S655 Adjustable Bed Bases, Twin XL. After doing research on the internet, relating to digital air beds, I came across a site on Quora, where Neal, with iDEAL Mattress & Furniture, answered a lot of questions relating to furniture and beds. I called him and we made an appointment to visit about digital air beds, with my wife. Within 30-45 minutes he had answered all our questions and concerns. Several days later we received a quote from him via email telling us to review the quote. We had several questions about freight and delivery dates, ect. We decided, to pick up the mattress, in Denver, Colorado as we live in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and were in the Denver area, for other reasons, which saved us money. Neal arranged to have the base shipped directly to our home, where my son and I set up the bed. We highly recommend (5 star rating) doing business with Neal based on our experience, whether you live in Virginia or the wild west of Wyoming.Thanks again.Lloyd Wulf

I have purchased a bed frame and mattress (split air mattress) along with two additional mattresses over the last 18 months from Ideal. The price and quality is outstanding. Neal’s knowledge and recommendation on the split air mattress set up was invaluable and my wife and I agree it is the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We saved over $1,000 getting our 3 piece living room set with Neal!!! We have had it for a month, and I am still in love with it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you go to Ideal before you buy any furniture. Neal will probably be able to get you exactly what you want, but a lot cheaper! The copper globe sitting on the coffee table came home with me the same day I went to pick out the furniture. I saw that globe on the website, and it was sitting right inside the door when I walked in. I picked it up, and carried it with me while I was looking at the furniture. And, needless to say, it came home with me! Great Furniture, Great Prices, Great Service! Go see Neal if you need furniture, I promise you that you will be happy that you did!
