I have a really big problem with at least the location not necessarily the bank when I went in to simply cash a check at Walmart ,one of Woodforest associates came over and said that she could help me cash the check quick I had an hour before work so I was really just trying to get the check cashed they then proceeded to sit me down at a table telling me about their bank I told her multiple times if I had to set up an account to get this check cast I will not be cashing it here that I would go back to the line but she kept on feeding me papers to sign saying that this was the process to get the check cashed out the woman could tell that I was upset but it was like she was new and was just trying to get somebody signed up for the bank I recommend anyone that is going to Walmart to simply cash a check do not listen to Woodforest national Bank they will force you to make an account

Mrs. Janess Lola, handled my first account with such care and the trainee who was with her was all smiles as they guided me through an unknown process. I am proud to be apart of this bank.

I'm so sick of this bank about to close my account n move on cause Everytime I try to use my card it's declined when ik it's money in the account they don't alert u by phone or email to let u know they blocked your card n I don't need to be charged a $3 fee for my bank statement if I need it I will ask for it .they talk to much laugh n joke line be backed up for no reason managers at three computers instead of being behind the counter to help their co worker especially when it's only one ..just tied of this bank period...and fix the damn ATM machine it's no way it's always broke

I was in Walmart standing at the MONEY CENTER to cash a check on the way to my daughters ice skating lessons and a young woman by the name of Sadie jones I believe? Came up and said “I can help you with cashing a check” and then I step out of a long line thinking she will help but she’s just a grimey sales person trying to lure me into opening an account. So I’m now standing back in line at the money center and we all know how long these lines are so I’m just disgusted by this bank and their tactics. Disgusting behaviour.They also did this while their “bank” was super busy and crowded. Ridiculous

They allowed me to get a checking/savings account when no one else would. The C/S is delightful MOST days. A little slow to start off but picks up and moves expeditiously thereafter. The mngr knows almost all the usual customers on sight! I must say I don't have many issues with WFB and if I do, it's taken care of ..

Literally took over 3 hours just to open a checking account. I got here at 2pm.. at 4pm I'llI asked for my ID and social back the guy said he was almost done. Im still sitting here at 5pm. Worst service I've ever experienced

Cannot get the branch where your account is to ever pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. Save your time put it under the mattress you will be better off.

It was 1 person beside me in line and it took over an hour before we can get any assistance. Deposited my money and my bank card keeps declining. I have never seen anything like this before. I will look for another institution

Thy say you have 24 hrs to fix your account when it goes negative I’ve paid over 400 dollors in fees even tho I fixed it before 24 hr that just in 2 weeks mind you I’m a Uber driver I get paid dayly it was only after taking a test for them thy started charging before 24hr is up don’t bank with them u will loss your money for no reason
