Always have friendly service and delicious smoothies, perfect for post workout. They give out samples every now and then and the “I Love Veggies” is amazing! Definitely recommend

I have tried a few different smoothies as well as the peaches and cream bowl. Absolutely love everything! Great taste without the added sugars! It’s hard for me to find a protein drink I like because of the usual “chalky” taste but these don’t have any of that. I try to make a point of coming here every time I’m in town for guard duty.

Great vegan options that are not loaded with sugar. Super friendly and helpful - they can sub out the fruit purée and anything else. They have a plant based protein that can be put in any shake. Also love the calories on the menu. How did I not know this was on base. Great lunch option
