Very horrible display of the yuca root, every one I checked was rotten or moldy. This is totally disgusting how they display their produce as if it’s fresh. Please check your produce before buying anything from this Foodlion.

On two separate occasions, I’ve been harassed by both workers on and off shift, as well as customers. They are severely understaffed and those that are staffed are incredibly rude and lazy. I had no bags in the self checkout area and the individual standing there did not get anymore for me. I also waited 15 minutes at the deli counter for someone to come out from the back, actively on a phone call unrelated to work.

Cashier was drunk off her a** ridiculous to be honest. What’s even worse is you could smell the alcohol coming off her took forever to check us out and this the only lady they got on the damn register no one else and her line was all the way down the aisle they open a new register and everybody left her line and was checked out before we were worst service I have every had in a food lion.

They open at 6 or 7 and they stand around looking at you while you ring yourself up then says they dont open registers till 9:30 well yall dont need many workers till 9:30 who wants to wake up to go do someone else job while they look at you

It appears you get promoted by how rude and disrespectful you are to customers, I do not understand you have a job in Customer SERVICE so you will have to serve people, it is not my fault you don't like your job , I suggest a new one where you don't have talk to people, and at this store no matter how polite or respectful you are you will always get a negative attitude, I'm starting to think that is a requirement to this store... No stars and do not go here if your in a good mood because you wont leave with one

Food lion on Mercury is messy and shelves were not stocked. This is my least favorite Foodlion. I much prefer the one on Nickerson.
