I came in on 1/16/24 around 9pm to look around and cheer myself up after working on my birthday. I wish I remembered her name, but the salesperson working during my visit made it a pleasant time and deserves a compliment! She seemed more than happy to chat about the different fragrances I was looking at, and just had a positive and helpful vibe. She also reminded me about my birthday gift I could pick, which I forgot all about!

Shante was such a great help. She was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help us. I went back the next day because i had such a great experience and was sad to find out that she isn’t there often. I can’t imagine how that place functions without her, she’s the epitome of excellent customer service.

Do not recommend buying any products from Sephora at Kohls. The customer service at Kohls is horrific and they will give you the runaround when they do not want to deal with your concerns about the products. I'm not even sure why Sephora would partner with them because it destroys their brand reputation.Go to a regular Sephora or a standstill Sephora where you know if there is a problem with the product the Sephora reps or customer service will rectify it immediately.
