Today I received the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Cartridges dont work. No refund. No valid explanation why they dont work. Said I should bring the printer in so they can check it. And the clerk ultimately walked away from me. So I bought genuine HP cartridges at Staples and the printer works fine. Cartridge World doesnt value customer service when the chips are down.

This place is wonderful with experienced help and very reasonable. I was shocked at the cost (reasonable) of looking at my printer and the person who actually fixed it did not charge any more for the problem. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for printer repair or for buying printer ink cartridges. They are also always available by phone (this is new in this era of leaving a message and I'll get back) so if I could give more than 5 stars I would as this is one of those hard to find and great places to help you with your printer issues.

As an IT manager for a multi-location retailer, these guys have been an invaluable resource when it comes to our printers and ink/toner needs for the past several years. These guys are fair, honest and affordable for everything they do. They supplied us with several dozen printers for our business and the support to keep them all up and running for our critical business applications. As the sole IT resource for the entire company it's invaluable being able to know that if there's ever an issue that I can't handle that I can call these guys and they send someone, even the owner himself, out quickly to resolve the issue. The cartridges they refill and sell are great quality, every now and then it's possible to get a faulty cartridge but that risk is present with any recycled cartridge you can get, the difference is that if you ever have a problem with one of CW's cartridges they take care of it no questions asked. We've certainly put this company to the test several times with our size and demand and they never fail to get the job done and keep us supplied. Would highly recommend these guys!

I had a cartridge refilled here a few months ago. I brought it back because it stopped working and the associate said air had gotten into the chamber and the ink was gummed up. So he gave me a replacement, no problem. Then I had the same problem a week later with that cartridge and he gave me another replacement a few weeks ago. I barely used the cartridge and it also stopped working. When I brought it back he said it was empty and couldn’t do anything about it. It was barely used at all and I believe the ink was leaking and not refilled properly to begin with. He never put the correct date sticker on the side and it showed as being filled months ago, even though I just got it. The whole time he was rude and kept saying I need the receipt, even though I only got a receipt with the original months ago.
In summary, 3 cartridges were not filled properly, the contacts were gummed up, and he refused to give me a refund or refill on the third time, even though he did twice before without a receipt. I saved myself a lot of hassle by getting the official cartridge from Staples, which I know is filled right and works great every time, even though it’s a little bit more expensive.

I've been using their cartridges for several years now. I have never had a problem with their products and the staff has been extremely polite. I recommend them unreservedly!

can't tell you how wonderful Charles was in fixing our fax machine just now. I think he was here before I hung up the phone ;-)
He went above and beyond! He took so much time to clean our fax and make sure it was working. Our paper tray was not working and even though that was not his problem to fix he helped us find a way to fix the problem.
It is so refreshing to work with a company that cares about its customers the way you all do. We have had nothing but positive experiences with you. We will definitely refer you to as many people as we can.
Thank you again for giving us a little more life in our old fax machine.

I recommend Cartridge World as the best business I have worked with in years. Their immediate customer service is better than I have ever seen in any business. I can drop them an email, moments later I have a response, and before I know it someone is at one of my offices fixing my problem. They stand by their product, and on the rare occasion that we have had a problem they immediately replace it. They have also helped advise me on printers that would be less expensive and work more productively for us. Give them a try, and you will love them as much as I do. Then you will be telling all of your friends like I tell mine.
