Some repairs were not necessary (like replacing a seal on one wheel that did not need it because "we like to do both at the same time". Extreme delay in obtaining parts and no communications from the service department on status of parts or repair. I had to make the calls for update myself. When parts finally arrive I went over the final cost of repairs to include parts, labor AND tax with the service person. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the prices was not $400 more. Allegedly it took longer to repair and then taxes. I disputed and they dropped $300 off of the extra $400. I am not sure the repair shop is up and up on the honesty chart.

It took them three day to get back to me and I had to call them. They said they could not reproduce the soind ibwas hearing from the front wheel of my 2017 Acadia, than later tolde I need all 4 wheel rotors and brake pads replaced for $1,500 . Ridiculous! I picked it up and took it to another repair shop in town. They check all four wheel and said they were fine and would easily pass inspecton. So inwill never ever take it back to them for any reason. The guys in the service department are absolutely fantastic. I have been here many, many times (unfortunately!), but I always have an awesome experience. The guys here are pleasant, friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond. I can't say enough about them. I will always come here for my car care needs!

Very disappointing experience with a dealership that doesn’t live up to its professed values of transparency, good faith and of treating customers like family, unless they mean a dysfunctional family. They did not file registration paperwork for two weeks after my used car sale. They arguably misrepresented two important points concerning the car I bought, resulting in a further $2100 extra cost to me for the problems to be fixed. Complaints right up to the top of the group’s ownership have not been acted on — so in short the dealership and ownership fail when it comes to professionalism and civility. I would counsel caution buying from this dealership. PS I note your reply below but since you wrote that a week ago no one has been in contact with me!

Make sure you sort reviews by least stars. It's easy to buy reviews in this day and age, and you'll find out a lot more when comparing the bad. I had Michael attempt to help me with a truck that would be capable and fitting to pull a camper for me and my family of 6. He informed me that the truck was more than capable because I can tow 21k pounds. Anyone who knows anything about trucks, knows it's the payload capacity that truly matters when it comes to a camper. As I was telling him I was going to come in Thursday to look at it, he was in talks with someone in person to buy it right then. Never once informed me of that. It wasn't until I went to look at their website that I realized the truck was gone. For a dealership who likes to brag about how it's customers are like family, I sure would hate to see how they treat their immediate family. I will take my business elsewhere and I strongly urge anyone else on the fence about this dealer, to do some research. I've attached pictures to show Michael was twisting the truth by telling me because it can tow 21k pounds it'll work for my needs.

Absolutely horrible. I purchased a brand new vehicle. When I test drove a car similar, the check engine light came on. I was told that happened because the car was in transport mode. I said to the sales person ok just didn’t want to get a car that already has the check engine light coming on. I proceeded to purchase a car, not the one I test drove but a same car different color. Within three weeks, guess what, check engine light comes on. My daughter reached out to the dealership, they tell her to come in. She took the car in and they kept it for a few hours and told her it’s some type of piece that needs to be replaced and they’ve been having issues with this. I then contact the dealership and speak to an employee who tells me the GM is on a call with other stores and he will call me back after the call or the next morning. Well it is two weeks later and I still have not hearD ANYTHING!!!!!!!
Not only am I unhappy that the check engine light is, I’m doubly unhappy that no one has reached back out to me. I’m also doubly unhappy that I was told an untruth about the car being in transport mode wrong in fact there have been reported issues of this happening. A BRAND NEW CAR PAID FOR IN FULL!!!!!!! The next step is my lawyer reaching out!!!!!!
This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

After visiting a buick dealership in winchester ( kern motors) to be exact , I was VERY PLEASED with my over all buying experience at Front Royal . Deaven was awesome as a sales person. I have owned my buick encore foe a little over 2 months and trying to get a return phone call from someone in regards to a few minor problems it's like pulling teeth.

This purchase was by far the best experience we have had thus far purchasing a vehicle. Kristen was awesome, the Financing was easy. we were in and out in no time at all. The majority of the deal was done over the phone and electronically. Could not ask for a better experience. Logan was extremely helpful in getting me into a loaner vehicle while they replace the transmission in my truck, he was great in keeping me up to date with what was going on along the way I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle, and will take mine back to them if I need anything.
