Brad at Stafford Nursery was exceptional. Company was easy to work with, came to my house to validate color match to house and shingles. Foundation was built , shed was delivered as promised, and it is great quality. If your looking for honesty and quality see Brad he is your guy at Stafford Nursery!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Tom lies so much I think it comes naturally to him. It’s been over a year. The shed I ordered ended up costing more than double what Tom said it would. I said no and requested my money back. Still waiting. I guess I will need to get my lawyer involved to get anything done.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TOM.

I recently bought a shed from 10x12 Stafford Nursery during the Virginia fair. When I was at the fair, I waited around for about 15 mins because the salesman was unable to be found. When I looked around, I found him behind the sheds talking on the phone. I stood there for a few more minutes and he turned away from me. I finally got his attention and proceeded to ask about the shed. Fast forward to the site prep. I paid to have the site prepped with gravel and a retention wall. During that process, they cut my internet even after it was marked. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I was working from home. I called the business and requested a call from the manager or owner..never heard back. Once they finished, the shed was supposed to be delivered the next day. No call and was told they could delivery it the following Monday. I waited around until around 3-4pm and got a call that they wouldn't be able to deliver it. I had to take off work and now had to take another day off work. I requested to have the manager or owner call me again, and have not received any type of call expressing their concern. Even though it was a decent price for the shed, their customer service is absolutely horrible. They put me out and I had so many inconveniences it was maddening. They can care less about their customers and just looking for the extra dollar. I regret giving them my business.

I stumbled on Stafford Nursery quite by accident and was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem tucked away off the beaten path. Brad was super helpful, polite, and professional and was able to provide the tools (paving stones and plants) necessary to help me with my landscaping project. If you're like me and want to support small businesses in your community, be sure to check them out. (Prices are comparable to the big box stores) Shop local.

I came here to buy bulk garden soil and asked for topsoil for my organic garden. Asked for 5 yards. Was recommended to get the topsoil and compost blend by the guy behind the counter. What arrived was Sandy clay soil with some compost mixed it. I can get weeds to grow in this stuff, but vegetables don’t like it.

I am appalled by the way I was just treated by your employee!I had an issue with the silver guard that runs along side the bottom of the shed entrance.When I attempted to open the shed initially to put the lawnmower in the shed I ran into an issue with the locks above and below catching on this piece.My HOA president Mindy Saunders of Avalon subdivision in North Stafford was a witness.Your employee consistently accused me (essentially calling me a liar) of causing the damage.It ended up getting so hostile on his end that I asked him to leave my property as such he did not fix my fence (that they damaged during delivery) nor the did my initial concern. I did not feel safe with him being here because of how he was treating me.I need the owner of this company to give me a call and remedy these issues please.I addressed these issues with your company shortly after the shed was delivered. Repeatedly I was told someone would call me no one ever did until yesterday.

Highly recommend Stafford Sheds! We shopped around the Gainesville, Warrenton, Stafford and Fredericksburg area and their prices could not be beat! The owner, Rich, was super helpful and offered suggestions. We were looking for either a chicken coop or a shed to use as one. We ended up with a custom two-sided shed for our chickens and Guinea hens…made to match our house. No ugly colors! Took less than 2 weeks for it to arrive with free delivery! We were so happy with it we ordered two more smaller sheds for other parts of our property! Brad delivered the sheds both times and was prompt, professional and friendly. We used Stafford Nursery to replace our 40 year old shed. They were wonderful to deal with, did the work of demolishing the old shed and bringing the new shed out the same day. Were efficient and cleaned up all debris from the tear down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shed. Brad, Dave and the crew that worked at our house were extremely helpful and friendly.
