I came in for a fill and a pedicure. At first I was very pleased with my experience as far as the pedicure goes. Once I got home I realized the gel polish was peeling off on two of my toes. On one of them the polish was almost completely off. As for my fill, I was very displeased. The man that did them did a very sloppy job and while filing my nail he cut my cuticle which burned pretty badly. The designs on my nails are very sloppy. I paid a good amount of money for what I got done and it feels like a total waste. One of the other workers told me I could come back the next day to get them fixed. However, this place is 30 minutes from where I live and closes an hour after I get off work. It’s unfortunate because the man that did my sister’s nails is very talented and did an amazing job with hers.

First time visit was great! Tony did an excellent job on my pedicure and manicure! I wanted simple polish for my nails while I let them grow out and he did great! Will be back!

Today I came in with a picture in mind of what I wanted. I originally came in for liquid gel extensions with some nail designs. She showed me every type of style and I loved the gel x. I told her my nails get very fragile when using acrylic and thought I could try liquid gel out. She told me the perks and benefits to gel x. I decided to go for it. She was very attentive, sweet, hospitable, and I will definitely be returning! Vivian was my nail technician and I truly recommend her!
P.s. this was my first time going here and I was treated so nicely.
Requested style: I had a certain design I wanted and shared it. She certainly did a phenomenal job!
Cleanliness: The place was very clean, organized, and nice to look at.
Stylist: My nail technician was Vivian. She was very kind, sweet and making sure I loved the design in the end. She really took care of me today!

I was very happy with my service. I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic. Jenny was very polite. She was kind enough to fit me in between her appointment. She worked fast and very efficiently, and she is a pro!! Don, who did my pedicure was amazing. He was kind and he made me laugh and we had a great conversations overall I will definitely be coming back!!

Let me preface this with the fact I never write reviews and have only been happy with my nails twice in the 20 years I've been getting them done. Jeny knew exactly what I wanted, didn't make me feel like a burden, paid attention to detail and I am in love with the outcome. Vivian did my pedicure and was absolutely the nicest and nearly put me to sleep! I will go here everytime!

Vivian is amazing! She introduced me to gel X and I've completely converted. I came in about 3 weeks ago the first time with my nails in horrible shape from another nail spa so I was very hesitant because of this. She was kind to me and explained everything she was doing so I wasn't mislead in anyway (precious nail salon told me they were giving me gel when it was actually acrylic). She was very gentle and took her time with every step. I came back today as a walk in and Vivian was able to take care of me again. She was just as GREAT as she was last time - paid attention to detail, gentle, took her time and cleaned the nails/cuticles very well - and I loved the results so much that I got a pedicure with Vivian as well, and once again, she did a fantastic job

JENNNY !! Love love love. I had an appointment at 11 and I was in the chair at 10:59, she was professional, funny, and personable. She was also very quick and gave me the perfect shape that I desired. She’s definitely very underrated and deserves more praise. Thank you so much Lovie Nails Spa and thank you Jenny !!! (Also the best part is that my nails glow in the dark)

I've had two unpleasant encounters here. I came to have my pedicure. The last time I visited, they didn't do a fantastic job on my pedicure, so I came back expecting a better experience this time. I requested one of the guys for assistance in addressing the lady in their language to kindly remove the nailer, and he answered with a hostile attitude, instructing me to go to the doctor to get the nailer removed. I thought it was dumb of him to tell me that since how am I going to the doctor for that? You can’t treat customers like that sadly this is my last visit to this place.
