Edit: Unfortunately after my third visit I have to change my review to one star due to the fact that it's sweltering hot with no AC. It's so uncomfortable and I think disrespectful not only to your paying customers but the staff as well. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my elderly mother in law or daughter here anymore due to this!!! If you or anyone in your family has any respiratory issues do NOT come here. This is nothing against the staff who are wonderful but the owner clearly does not care!!
They're so professional and friendly!! The girl at the front was so pleasant and greeted me and my daughter as soon as we came in and they also have snacks which is a huge selling point for my daughter? ?
We felt right at home here and they did such a wonderful job with my daughter's hair. If you're looking for a family friendly salon this is it!!

Got my haircut yesterday by Casey@ the Fredericksburg location. My appt was supposed to be with Shanna who I was told "left early", even though she had a confirmed appt with me. Quite rude! Casey was nice enough but did not listen to a word I said. I told her I wanted layers and top long. I wound up with a short man haircut. Will it grow..yes.. but never again.

They are worst at getting instruction and also they don’t know how to cut hair. I don’t ever recommend anyone to go to this Salon full inexperience, clueless, and rude people if you go you would miserable with your hair

I went to the salon for a simple haircut. I was a current client and was just there 2 months before. I told the young lady ( who had not cut my hair before) that the girl who usually does it had used to short a guard on it the last time she cut it (she had used a 2) I recommended that she use a three or four guard on my hair just on the bottom as I have a shorter woman’s haircut but don’t like it too short. She cut it and it did seem to me it took her forever to do the back but as long as it looked good I didn’t care how long it took. I did not have my glasses with me. I will admit that at the end of the haircut she had asked me if I wanted her to blow dry it, but because there were two more people waiting and a woman in the chair getting a perm and she was by herself I told her that she didn’t have to do that and I would go ahead and take care of it whenever I got home. Then she gave me the mirror to look at my hair and I could only see blurry in the mirror but I thought that it looked a bit strange I didn’t say anything because, honestly I couldn’t really tell. My boyfriend was out in the car waiting for me when I went outside He said it looked great from the front and I told him I said yeah I think it does look good from the front. However- I think the back feels funny. He looked and was shocked at what he saw. I was shaved to the skin for the 1st inch or two of my the back of my hair and then I had three different shelves of hair where she attempted to fade my hair and left the lines didn’t fade it out didn’t smooth it out. My entire neck and back of the head was raw from razor burn. I was livid. I contacted management (I ended up dealing with the general manager of JCPenney‘s as the salon manager would not get on the phone with me) who did refund part of my money but was rude about it. They did not offer any type of compensation for the burns, and the scars that the burns will leave on the back of my neck or any type of help towards getting another haircut to fix the mutilation of the back of my head and my hair. I would never go back there again and I would definitely not recommend anybody ever go there either. I wish I could give negative stars.

They did a horrible job on my girlfriend's hair this past day. We don't recommend going here because you will pay extra to just fix what they cut. I would give zero stars, but it is not possible. This is the second time we tried to get a decent haircut.

Roxanna is a great stylist! I went in with hair that needed lots of help! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted so I told Roxanna do what matches with my face and skin color. She did just that!! Super happy with the outcome and she’s very sweet and knowledgeable .

Absolutely horrible. My husband went here for a simple 8 on the sides and a trim on the top. He got in the car and only the left half of his hair was clipped, all of it was choppy, and the hairline on his neck was noticeably crooked… Anybody with eyes could have seen how terrible it was yet they let him walk out of there looking like that. Spent $30 just to get home and have to do it myself. If i could give zero stars i would. Shameful.

Great place to go if you want to waste your time and not have services provided! First time scheduled an apt that was open to be booked, and was apparently a time before the salon actually opened, and now a wasted to trip to go in and the stylist not have clippers! Will take my business elsewhere from now on, instead of wasting my time and money in gas to have nothing accomplished!

I had an appointment with morgan to due my hair and it was definitely not an easy job but she did great! I am super happy with how it came out especially considering the state my hair was in prior and how it turned out, I didn’t think it was going to come out nearly as good as it did but Iam so excited and will definitely see her again!Service: Hairstyling

I met Londyn few weeks ago when I went to the salon to get my hair trimmed. We talked about my thinning hair and the ways to improve it. Londyn asked me if I ever considered hair extensions and I told her I did, but was always scared it would damage my already fragile hair. We talked about different ways to get your hair extended and she recommended micro links for my type of hair. I was hesitant, but booked my appointment. The process is lengthy, but worth it!! I never had thick hair and these extensions were perfect for me. I feel beautiful. Londyn is very professional and friendly and will listen to what you want and if you don’t she will definitely give you a great advice. I had my hair, washed, blown dried and flat-ironed by Londyn. Not only was she fast and professional, I was in and out of her seat within an hour! I have natural hair and to get what I want without spending the entire day in a salon is priceless! My hair came out cute and has lasted me for days. I will definitely be back in her chair! I had a noon appointment with Londyn and arrived at 1150. I was in the chair by 1205. Impression? Impressed!I showed Londyn the style I wanted and with one glimpse, she captured the style while adding her own touch to it to kick it up a notch. Impression? Impressed!There was no down time or breaks in the service she provided. If my hind parts were not under the dryer, she was working on my hair. She gave me a trim and silk press for $65. What?!!! Impression? IMPRESSED!She explains everything she's doing to your hair and describes the products and their purpose. See the before and after results. Impression? I was referred to Londyn after a hair disaster the day before. She exceeded my expectations and more. It felt good to be asked exactly what I wanted and even better for it to be delivered! So refreshing to receive professional service with lessons in maintaining healthy hair with a smile!

I took my daughter there to get her hair trimmed and thinned out, my daughters hair is almost to her butt and is very thick and very straight I can barely get a hair tie to go around all of her hair once. The stylist was very unprofessional and actually answered a personal call on her cell phone as I was trying to explain what we wanted done. Then she proceeds to brush my daughters hair and then asks her if she's trying to grow dreadlocks (the exact reason we were there, to get it thinned out to avoid all the knots) then proceeds to say her hair isn't thick at all and doesn't need anything done to it. Needless to say the way she treated us had my 17 year old daughter with tears streaming down her face when we left. Worst most unprofessional place I have ever been. I refuse to go back.
