I have never had a bad experience at Hartwood Animal Hospital! I've been going to Dr. Jewett since they opened. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. It shows in how she interactes with the animals she treats!

Dr. Jewett is great! She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Took my mini pig there for his first appointment and neuter. Would highly recommend to others. Communication via email is great! I have been sent invoices with notes, reminders, etc.

Dr J. is absolutely amazing! Everyone there was amazing! My parakeet Otto was treated so kindly and was adored by staff. He enjoyed the attention! Staff didn't mind me talking about what Otto says and does. Lol Very clean, first vet office that didn't smell like dog pee.

Hartwood is excellent! You don’t just trust your pet to anyone! We moved and will not move our doctor for Daisy! She loves her doc at Hartwood.

As with every visit and this one was no exception, the staff treat her like she was one of theirs and shower her with tons of love, affection, and treats! Sailor loves coming to see you and gets very excited when she knows where she’s going!

Dr. Jewett was fabulous. She was so knowledgeable and caring when it came to my 45 year-old parrot. She took her time and did not rush me or my bird. We are lucky to have such an amazing avian vet local to Stafford.

Dr. Walker and her assistant were wonderful! They thoroughly examined Coco with great care and gentleness. I could tell that they really cared about Coco. Very thorough, professional and friendly.

Dr. Austin and the team are amazing. Even though I moved, I drive 45 minutes to take my dog there still. They know his name and know his preferences and his medical history. It always feels like family. Thank you :)

Very friendly staff but they are very unorganized which is something we have never experienced with any vet. They or the lab misplaced a blood sample which caused an extra trip back for another blood draw. And they booked a vaccine appointment only to call me as I pulled into their parking lot to tell me it was too soon after my dog's last vaccine. Incompetence. It doesn't give me a lot of confidence.

Wonderful customer service from check-in to check-out. The staff was courteous and very polite, as usual. I wouldn’t bring my fur babies anywhere else.

We took our Amazon parrots for their first visit with Dr.Helen, the atmosphere was very clean & homey-like. The staff was very friendly & made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the door. Dr.Helen examined our parrots thoroughly and she even let us hear their heartbeats! She took her time during our visit and answered all our question's in detail. We felt very comfortable because she is bilingual, we will definitely keep Daisy and Zazu under their care!

Veterinary team went above and beyond to take the best care of my Great Dane. Dr jewitt was incredibly thorough and professional. I transferred from another local vet and I’m so glad I did!

Making an appointment was easy, and they did everything they could to make myself and my two cats feel comfortable and well taken care of. The vet and their staff were all extremely professional and handled my cats like they were their own pets. There was a down payment of sorts to reserve an appointment, but that was deducted from the final bill, making the check-up and vaccinations very affordable. I look forward to returning to Hartwood for my next appointment!

Dr. Jewett is amazing! Gives me a hug every time she comes into the room. I get treated like family and I truly appreciate the care my two dogs receive every time I have to bring them in.
