These guys go above and beyond to make sure your problem is solved. Andrew was super friendly and helpful with helping me swap out my alternator. They let me use all the tools I needed and even came out and assisted with the replacement. They were all experienced mechanics and really knew what they were talking about.

Oh, buckle up for the wildest adventure of my life at AutoZone with the extraordinary commercial managers, Stephen and Sierra! Hold on tight because this review is about to blast off into a galaxy of absurdity!As I stepped into the AutoZone, a portal opened up before me, revealing a parallel universe where car parts and comedy collided. Stephen, donning a cape made of wrenches, greeted me with a thunderous laugh that shook the very foundations of reality. He declared himself the Grand High Chancellor of AutoZone and vowed to assist me on my quest for the ultimate car part.Sierra, on the other hand, emerged from a cloud of glitter, riding a levitating skateboard made of chrome. With a dazzling smile, she proclaimed herself the Queen of Automotive Sorcery. With a wave of her wand (which suspiciously resembled a torque wrench), she conjured up an army of talking car parts that serenaded me with a chorus of catchy jingles.Together, Stephen and Sierra led me through a labyrinth of aisles filled with mystical gizmos and enchanted gadgets. They performed gravity-defying stunts, leaping from one towering shelf to another, as if defying the laws of physics. It was like watching a high-octane circus act combined with a Broadway musical!In the midst of our epic adventure, we faced a formidable challenge: finding the legendary Flux Capacitor, a device rumored to transcend time and space. Stephen and Sierra donned their explorer hats, armed with tire pressure gauges that doubled as compasses. We trekked through treacherous jungles of windshield wipers and scaled mountains of motor oil, all while dodging fiery exhaust flames.Finally, after a series of death-defying maneuvers, we discovered the Flux Capacitor hidden behind a secret door guarded by a mechanical dragon. This morning I discovered I had a dead battery at work so I was able to get the battery jumped and drove up to my local Auto Zone. The customer service is always top notch. I had the opportunity to be waited on by Steven Gray. I didn’t realize that they actually will replace your battery right there in the parking lot. Steven was very professional, replacing my battery promptly and sending me on my way. Thank you Steven!

Joshua the assistant manager was truly an amazing help. He took so much time to help me with several issues and then not only helped me replace the item but then helped me locate another item they didn’t carry and order that thru eBay.
