Bobby's was a great shop. They were personable, cared about the customer, delivered quality work, and had affordable prices. Ever since Tire Discounters bought them out, they have been going down hill, with a few people trying to hold down the fort. Most of them have moved on now. This is a shame because another giant corporation has effectively killed a great business, with no detriment to their bottom line. If the location succeeds they make money. If it doesn't, they write it off as a loss and make money. I feel bad for all the guys that held on as long as they could and tried to save a great business that took great care of so many of us for years. I hope they all move on to something better. And I hope the CEO stubs their toe and knows that it's because they ruined Bobby's Tire in Franklin.

Angry doesn't begin to describe my experience. I went in to get 4 tires and an alignment they told me it would take 2 hours it took 7 and a 1/2 hours to get to work done They screwed up my alignment and had to redo it 3 times and tried to send me out the door with unbalanced wheels telling me my shocks were bad Lost money because I was supposed to go to work I have upset customers because I didn't show up when I said I was gonna be there. They didn't install the tires correctly the red dots were not on the valve stems like they're supposed to be not impressed with this place at all

Arrived for my appointment and was in an out within an hour. Front desk was super polite and friendly. Even gave me directions to all local barbershops an called for me while I was having my vehicle worked on. Highly reccomend. Great price an fast service.

The front customer service is good, greeting customers/ speaking, interacting, remembering returning customers by first name or last in a hospitality friendly environment but the quality of service on repairs is lacking along with giving customers updates on service. I think if they stop listening to the people on the outside instead on the inside, they can correct their errors and make it a better business. If a customer wants to price matching, ask the customer to bring the quotes in and if the business gives a customer a quote stand by it. All parts, repairs and service should be guaranteed under warranty to the customer to bring back. It's a cost to the customer. It's a cost to your business. I must add neither location except extended warranty but have a company credit card service & unsure of points program. Also, you have to buy four tires in order to receive a free alignment.
