Clark Gas & Oil has always delivered oil to my house the same day or the next day every time! I’m so grateful for them being so prompt and they’re always so friendly over the phone. I can’t say enough good things! Very thankful to have such a good and reliable company to get oil from!

Today Clark came and refilled my propane, excellent service. Talking to Technicans, they said they where out refilling ahead of the storm. Quality service by a company who cares.

Called last winter for propane, power was out and I had to get more propane to keep house warm, I drove to Floyd to feed cattle but was told for 4 days straight they were scared to come down the mountain to Shawsville to fill my essential fuel source. Decided to purchase a tank and told them to come get there’s (Clark Gas and Oils tank), they waited over a year to come get it and tried to charge me rent on an empty tank. Finally picked it up a month ago and now want another $150 for cancellation fee even though this is not disclosed on the online application or in any terms and conditions. Please steer clear from shady folks like this inventing fees. Prior to this I was a loyal customer for over 5 years.

They took such great care of my mother and father before they passed away. My parents had a tankless water heater that went bad they came the same day and replaced it my parents never ran out of gas even in bad weather I have one of their tanks and the service is great .I feel like I'm dealing with friends and not some business. I do want to think them for taking such good care of my parents if you need this type of service you couldn't find a better company

The experience wasn't great from the start. I would've walked away immediately but the price mark down was too good to turn down. I called and left a message that I wanted to purchase it and waited a few days and never got a call back. I decided to just go in to purchase the wood stove and apparently the man I needed to talk to wasn't there. I was told I'd get a call that day. Never heard from them. Basically had to chase them down to give them my money. Once I pod for it I asked for delivery and was told I'd get a call to set it up. Never heard from anyone. Few days later I went in and setup a day to have it delivered. No telling how long I would've waited if I hadn't gone in. Got delivery setup and told them my driveways really long and I'd meet them at the entrance to show them in if they called ahead of time. I get a call and the guy asks if they can just drop it at the entrance to the driveway. I said "no I need it sat in place". He asks if there's any stairs and I said "yeah 3". He acts like this is a huge problem. I said "well that's why I paid for delivery cause I can't do it myself". The delivery guys were great to work with. Maybe they should run the Hillsville location. The guy running it now either doesn't give a crap or is incompetent. So now I've got a woodstove that I have to find the right kind of chimney pipe and install it before I can use it. A little info on that would've been really helpful. All I got was "you'll need a chimney pipe". Customer service anymore is complete crap anywhere you go but this place really pissed me off.

I can't say enough about them. The company that was providing gasoline service for my company fleet stop delivering to my construction site without notice (that's a one star review on another page) I was left with several vehicles on empty within a 24 hour period. I called Clark Gas & Oil and explained to Wayne that I had been left in a desperate situation. He spoke with a manager, called me back within 15 mins and I had a full 500 gallon tank of gasoline within a few hours. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. Thanks guys!! I'll be name-dropping you to other businesses as often as I can.

We started 2 months ago ordering a fireplace. Today was our installation date and Clarks is a no show. Don't waste your time with this company go with someone that will actually show up.

this is the kind of customer service that people dream about, took time to advise and correct the propane fireplace problem over the phone, extremely patient , courteous ,knew exactly what was to be fixed, 100% correct, when i buy i"ll buy form this location, excellent customer support
