It was a hectic Friday morning, and my Son and I called the day before to make an appointment for notary services. We spoke to Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey to confirm the time. As a disabled senior citizen, it would have been somewhat hard for me to go inside with my heavy duty wheelchair. Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best customer service and accommodations. They offered to assist us by coming to meet us in the parking lot and open the door for us. When we got there, they politely greeted us and proceeded to help me with banking and notary services. Mr. Juan stood out in the cold to assist me - even though it wasn't required for him to do so. It was, by far, the most wonderful customer experience that I've received anywhere. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to do business with a bank, to come to the Jefferson Village Wells Fargo branch. The service is exceptional and you'll always get a smile when doing banking business there. I believe Mr. Juan and Mr. Jeffrey deserve top award honors for their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing great customer service. This is definitely the bank for me and my family.

I wanna give stars at all. Poor service here.. They pick and choose who they want to give money too.. They wouldn’t even give me my own money off my card said it has to be authorized??? This is the worse location don’t go here.. All should be fired!!!

This branch is no different than other local branches. Newly hired and/or poorly trained bankers who can’t resolve any account issues without relying on a disfuncional, shadowy “back office” that makes you wait 5-10 business days to approve routine changes to a business account. It’s a disgrace. Try calling corporate WF on the phone and they’ll escalate you to a complaints department of people trained to show empathy, call the branch, get the same answers you did, and then say there’s nothing more they can do, and they don’t know who or what department “back office” refers to. This is the end of the line as far as corporate customer service. They literally get paid to listen to complaints and pretend they care. Furthermore, many local branches don’t have bankers on duty every day. You can wait days for an appointment at a branch that isn’t your closest.If you are considering any Wells Fargo branch in the DMV for a new account, run away as fast as you can from all of them!!Join a credit union!

Stay away from this branch! The RB branch manager is extremely arrogant, loud, unprofessional, with no courtesy to the customer. I totally agree with previous reviewers. This branch is probably one of the worst managed WF branch. I am not surprised with the 2 star rating. Actually this branch deserves negative rating if the option was available. Very disgusting service!

I do have to say that I agree with others here when I see that this bank is a 2 star branch. I went into the branch this morning because my business debit card had a low daily limit to withdraw, $300 limit for a business account !!! Went inside and there was one customer service representative with no clients, I asked if she could help me with this and her response was no we don't do that here, call customer service. I said aren't you customer service and she just shrugged at me. I then went to the empty line for a teller with one teller and one customer at teller window. Waited in line for 15 minutes. I then walked out with no service. I will be moving all 5 of my accounts to another bank.
