We want to sincerely thank the owner of Vacuum Center for his patience, generosity, and superior customer service.We were in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. We've had the department store type vacuum cleaners (i e. Shark, Electrolux), which frankly never lasted. Upon much product reviews we decided to purchase a Sebo brand vacuum cleaner. According to what we learned there just wasn't anything on the market that compared to this German brand vacuum cleaner.We knew that to qualify for the Sebo amazing 10 year warranty we'd have to purchase from an authorized dealer.The Vacuum Center was near our place so we went there. We were greeted by Mr. Ahmad who has to be one of the nicest small business owners I've met in a long time. He patiently answered our questions and even offered to match a competitors price. We settled on the Sebo E3 Premium.All anyone has to do is Google the brand or search YouTube for a plethora of incredible product reviews. The point of this review is to commend the Vacuum Center on their superior customer experience. We would without hesitation recommend purchasing from this business. As a young boy, my father owned a vacuum cleaner store. The atmosphere at the Vacuum Center reminded my of the time when customer service and quality meant something. Vacuum Center repaired my Oreck to Good As New for $80. It was literally a perfect experience. And nothing went into a landfill. :)

They are my go-to sewing machine store. They did a tune-up on my vintage Singer 401a in 2021(and it sewed two beautiful quilts). I just had another great tune-up. The repairs are quick, well done and reasonably priced.

Walked in with my vacuum cleaner and the employee was not very helpful act like he didn't want to be there. So I just took my vacuum and left.

Do you want reliable, great (and rare) customer service, and vacuum fixed? Go no further than to the Vacuum Center! We had taken my vacuum to be fixed someplace else but found they had only put a "band aid" on the real issue so it had the same problem again. My husband found Vacuum Center...thank the good Lord. Not only did they fix it, but they also kept me up to date along the way. New part had to be ordered and in this "new normal" of supply delays, they kept me informed. Vacuum is now humming along once again.
