I came there hoping to get back into shape after not working out for years. I wanted to find a place that could guide me through the process. What I received from the staff was anything but understanding that it takes time to work into the kind of shape it takes to go hard for a full hour. I don't know anybody that can go from being very sedentary for years to strenuous workout that fast. I started working out hard and was very sore but even came back after the owner was rude because I couldn't go an hour. I was expecting a much more professional understanding of my fitness level and received poor support. I was even berated by the staff. Made me wonder who the customer was. Place is not for beginners.

This gym is amazing. I came in very weak with no experience, and one year later, I feel confident in my body and I made significant progress. All the coaches are great and Alesa is beyond awesome. There is no other place like this, I highly recommend going here.

If your looking for an inclusive group to support you in your goals, there is not a better place thanTinnerr Hill Cross Fit. Since coming back after covid, I have lost 36 lbs, and could not have done it without the support of the coaches at Tinner Hill Cross Fit. It won't be easy, but it is sure rewarding. Best gym ever!MK

Fantastic gym! Great coaches! Excellent programming!I’m so glad I found this place. I’ve turned my couch potato lifestyle into one of fitness. The people at this gym are supportive and motivating. I cannot recommend it enough!

THCF is my home-away-from-home box. Even though I am only able to join THCF WODs a few times a month, I already feel like part of the community. All the people I have met are so friendly and work hard!Marcus and Kira are excellent coaches and incredibly warm people. They make sure that every person in the room feels like they're both part of a group and also getting personal training at the same time. You will always feel challenged and have fun...that's what it's all about.I read every CrossFit website in the are before choosing THCF. The strength and passion of their community and coaches really stood out. Whether you're considering trying CrossFit for the first time or you're a seasoned CrossFitter, you'll feel like you belong on day one at THCF.

As a relatively seasoned CF athlete (first joined a box in 2017), I have been to a few boxes in the past few years. Head coach Marcus Ford and associate coach Kira Mickle are two of the best coaches I have ever met. Look, it's CrossFit, they make you work hard, but they are so hands-on and personally invested in helping each and every athlete meet their fitness goals. I've been to other boxes where the coaching is good but not so personalized. As someone who had been doing CrossFit intermittently for a few years and been doing some training on my own, I thought I was in good shape when I showed up to the box this spring March 2022. Within the first two weeks of starting, both of the coaches made it a point to talk with me, understand my fitness and training goals, and come up with a plan to help me reach those goals. This level of personal attention and commitment is unmatched at any other gym I have ever been to. Within a couple months, they have helped me work on many of my deficiencies, and I am breaking through plateaus that I had been stuck on for years! The coaches are so knowledgeable in corrective exercise and building rock solid mechanics on a huge variety of movements, from gymnastics based to strength lifts to Olympic lifting. I cannot say enough about this gym, the community is amazing. Just come check it out! I've only been here for three months, but it is already a second home for me.

This is an AMAZING gym, and an even more amazing group of people. Kira, and Marcus are the very best, and passionate and dedicated to everyone they work with and give each client the time they deserve to set goals and make progress. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to prioritize themselves and grow in ways they did not think possible.I had never tried CrossFit before and they welcomed me with me great patience and a super friendly environment.Could not recommend them enough!!

I recently visited for the first time for a trial class, and it was great. Kira (the coach) was very helpful helping me get back into the world of Crossfit safely after almost a decade. Everyone in class seemed super excited to be there and the energy was great. I'm really excited to be starting my ongoing membership this coming week!

I'm new to CrossFit. I am an active person but needed strength and cardio training. Traditional gyms, IMHO, are too impersonal and the equipment too complicated. My son suggested CrossFit as a good alternative. Glad I did! THCF is very close to home, offers classes at convenient times, personalizes each workout, and has a supportive "team" vibe that celebrates each members accomplishments no matter what level they work out. If you're really driven, THCF has individuals and teams that compete at a very high level. Or, if you're like me and just want to be more fit and perhaps live well a bit longer, you'll feel right at home. Recommended!

THCF is a great gym. Marcus and Kira are thoughtful, insightful trainers who will consider your needs and goals to make sure that you're getting the workout that's best for you. They'll take time to make sure your form is correct and that you aren't going to hurt yourself.They will push you hard, and you should be prepared to work hard when you come here, but it's not toxic or harsh. Work hard, see results.Furthermore, the community is great. All the folks working out here are supportive and kind without being over the top or in your face.Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out - even if CrossFit is intimidating or you have concerns about it.

THCF is the best box in the area! The coaches individualize the workouts to your abilities so you're getting the best workout for you. The coaches teach you the proper technique which is essential for getting fitter/stronger and not getting injured. The coaches will also support you in your goals whether you're just starting CrossFit or if you have aspirations to go to the games. In addition to having creditable coaches, the members are friendly and encouraging as well! It's truly a great box to be a member of!
