My experience was great. I showed up around 1:30 for an inspection and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. The mechanic was running the storefront and the shop, so if it's busy things may take a bit longer. He was a super nice guy. I'll definitely go here again.

Service here is straight garbage. Told me to pay outside at the pump when I handed my credit card to the cashier because I only wanted to fuel $10. Said it was bothersome for him to run it inside. I guess my business is bothersome.

Came here to get my car inspected. There was one car there and I waited less than 10 minutes. Went in at 1pm in a Saturday mid month. The guy who managed the cash register said it is normally 10-15 min. I was out in 14 minutes. Very efficient. Easy entrance and exit. Service friendly. I paid $44 total for the safety and emissions test - just like the sign says. There are a couple of chair to sit inside while you wait, nothing fancy.

For inspections sure for any thing remotely major no youd be better off going to a dealer or elsewhere. BUT this shop doesnt advertise major repair capability to start with, so the folk mad about a botched engine replacement well you get what you pay for. You neglected your engine it blew then you skimped out on the repair shop and got burned. Inspections, gas, fan belts, light repair sure anything complicated, NO. :)

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED!!!!! This station was conveniently located next to my house a couple years ago so my family and I built a relationship there because we always got gas here. When my mother's car broke down, we towed it to this place to have it checked out and they fixed it for her $500. Literally two weeks after, her car couldn't start again (same problem as before) and again we towed it back there to have them check it out and they fixed the same problem AGAIN for $500. As if that wasn't bad enough, my car was acting up and kept overheating. I would have to pour antifreeze in it once or twice a week so we took it here and they said they would replace the thermostat and a hose in the car which was causing it to overheat so often. (Paid $400) THREE DAYS after I got my car back, it overheated AGAIN and so I poured antifreeze in it and had to do it EVERYDAY. They made my car WORSE than it was before. I drove it back and told them that they need to fix it because obviously they DID NOT before and only made it worse. They refused to own up to their terrible work, so I had to take it somewhere else and pay to get it fixed again and came to find out that they did not even change the thermostat. I really wanted to sue this place for wasting my time and money at this place and by reading the other review, I am 100% sure they are screwing many many other people out there for their own benefit.

Had my engine replaced at this location. I bought a used, but certified motor online and also a brand new clutch kit. The car ran and drove okay once I picked it up, but had a peculiar screaching noise eminating from under the hood. I took it home to see if it would "break in", like a slipping belt, but instead it got worse. Upon inspection, I also noticed a small dent on top of the drivers side fender, something I imagine happened while in the repair bay during the motor swap. When I returned to the shop to address the issues, both the manager and mechanic quickly told me they were not responsible for damages caused to vehicles while parked in their lot... how someone damaged the top of the fender in the parking lot is beyond me, but clearly no one could prove it one way or another, so I didn't let that escalate. However, when I had them listen to the screach, the mechanic quickly determined that it was coming from the transmission, specifically the clutch. The same clutch he had replaced while the motor was out. When I asked what needed to be done to fix it, he said, "well you know what it costs to take the motor out" - implying that I would have to pay another $1000!! in labor to pull the motor and see why the clutch was squeeling... are you KIDDING?! Anyway, I'm having the car repaired elsewhere, since they are not accepting responsibility for anything related to their repairs, nor are they offering any follow up service whatsoever. Oil changes, maybe. Major repairs, no thanks.
