This pharmacy has the worst possible service. They will ignore you for 15 minutes or more until you ask someone to come to the window and help you. They texted me that my prescription was ready today. I came and waited for ten minutes for them to say come back in ten minutes it's not ready. Then I came back and had to wait in line for another half hour. There are three people working and only one lady helping customers. She's asked them for help and they're ignoring her. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere!

Worst and most disorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. Went back and forth several times before I just gave up on them and their incompetence. My vet called for a refill prescription for my dog and then they say that they have no hard copy and no user account and it’s a controlled drug so they need a hard copy. Obviously they have the hard copy and I have an account there as it’s mandatory to have one there for pick up and I picked it up just weeks prior. So then I call to help them find my account and they tell me to call the vet to adjust the refill amount. My vet calls again and they never pick up and he left voicemails and they just never bothered filling it. So now I have to drive 120 minute round trip to my vet just to pick up a new hard copy of the prescription so I can give it to a more organized pharmacy.Update: after hounding them, they finally updated the refill amount. This was such a pain. Then they said they’ll have to order it and it’ll be in tomorrow. I come the next day and they said come back the next day. Completely wasted my time getting there when I could’ve been out doing something productive. Not punctual or organized whatsoever, the vet, me, and the organization I work through found this pharmacy to be such a pain to deal with and we will absolutely never go back. Would recommend that for other customers too, there are much better, close by pharmacies.

I think that Safeway needs to hire more employees to work at the pharmacy. The three people that are working there are not enough. Customers should no be waiting much time to order a prescription and then to pick it up. The last time I was there I had to wait one hour. I had taken one tooth out. I needed antibiotics and was under pain. I just waited. I understand but the store should do something. Hire more people or pay more per hour.

This pharmacy was terrible, my doctor called in my prescription on Friday mid-day, I called twice throughout the afternoon and by 7:30pm they said it still wasn’t ready and that it would be ready by 2pm Saturday and that I would get a text, putting me a day behind in taking the meds. I didn’t get a text Saturday and when I called today (Sunday) they said there was no record of me having any prescriptions and that I’d have to have my doctor to have them call it in again. My dr. office is closed today so I’ll have to call Monday which will make me several days behind schedule and will cause major side effects. VERY annoying.

The pharmacist was going to refuse to fill my prescription. I pressed the issue and found out it was because she thought the dose was too high. I asked her to please call the prescribing doctor. She then got in quite an argument with the doctor who explained it was for post-operative pain and that it was being done in consultation with my other physician. She continued arguing with my doctor but finally relented. I later found out she was given the “discretion” not to fill it. Once she spoke with the doctor, that should’ve solved the issue. Postoperatively, the last thing I needed was to spend a half hour dealing with a pharmacist who felt she should substitute her opinion for the medical opinions of my doctors. When I went back for my postoperative Visit with my doctor, even he remarked how hostile she was.

How does this store remain in business? 7:15 pm, meat case is empty, deli salad bar has no carryout trays or spoons or ladles. Front end is poorly staffed. They should be paying customers for the inconvenience.
