Well stocked with everything for crafty projects and picture frames. Good prices when there's a sale. They added self checkouts. Tabo at checkout was very helpful and efficient.

Greeted with a nice hello but the star of the show was Mona in the framing department. She helped and did everything. Went above and beyond. Truly appreciated her help and speed! Go Mona!

The store is poorly stocked and the customer service is poor. I do not appreciate taking the time to look for merchandise only to cone home and find that all of my merchandise was not added to the bag.

IF you know what you want & where it is located in this store, IF the price of the item is marked prominently & the cashier is trained enough to charge you the correct price AND doesn't foul up the transaction then take your chances & go to this store. Otherwise hit the Vienna store, OR Hobby Lobby. This Michael's has been a real looser since Michael's bought out A.C.Moore at Christmas 2 years ago now. The employees are horrible need a firm attitude adjustment by upper management in customer relations 3x in the last month this bunch has given me a ration of garbage EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BEEN IN THE STORE. The oriental young man has been getting further and further removed from reality & only seems capable of paying attention to the phone receiver in his ear yet when you call him, from an outside line, his Mike & headset crackle so badly he suddenly can't hear you & you can't hear him. He knows how to game Michael's system well. He avoids helping his obviously poorly trained cashiers & will yack with his customers while others wait for his eventual attention. I have NEVER had a problem in this store until now, but this is the very last time I go to this Michael's until or unless the company cleans up this trash heap.

Been to this location several times. This time around was definitely better than the last because they are finally stocking up like pre-pandemic era. This location can be hit or miss with items & sometimes it's a bit messy. I came in to get a couple items that I needed for some projects I was working on so it was great to that I was able to find what I needed. The young man at the cash register was so friendly and engaged me in conversation. He grew up in that neighborhood & was very happy to work there. They are still offering curbside pick up & still have all Covid practices in place for now.

Ugh their curbside pickup is the absolute worst that I've ever seen. For some reason, I always have to spell my name 100 times and they can never find my order until at least 20 minutes has gone by. I don't understand why they offer pickup if it's going to be so awful. Avoid this location at all costs!!! It's the worst Michael's I've ever been to, inside and staff wise.

The store was clean and well maintained but not adequately staffed. With 5-6 people in line and one cashier and register open, I turned to the one staff member who was restocking merchandise nearby and asked her to open a second register to alleviate the line. She immediately said she was about to, but I doubt it. This location still has a ton of Christmas and Hanukkah decor at 80%, which brings it down to an okay deal because of how much everything is marked up here.

I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this Michaels, but I also don't avoid it. Especially since the checkout lines were streamlined a while back, making the process of getting to the register much more orderly. Pretty standard Michaels store - seasonal items in the front and center, baking supplies and jewlery on either side at the front, painting/drawing/scrapbook items in the middle, framing and yarn in the back. Definitely come with a 40 percent off coupon from their email subscription. There's also always something on sale, especially related to holiday items. I find the stock and inventory of general craft items to be superior here than the JoAnns down in the same strip mall. Also this store is more tidy and tends to have more employees who are happy to help find what you're looking for.

Always always use your 40% off coupons here. Clean and friendly employees here. I've only been to this one once but theorems here seem consistent with one's all-around when it comes to inventory

They don't carry liquid latex or paper inserts for the frames, and low on the selection of jewel stones. Plus the employees are dry as hell. No life in em. Michael's in Potomac Yard has everything

I have been using their custom framing shop for 12 years. Likely 30 jobs. They are always helpful, professional and deliver the work on time.

At this Seven Corners location Michaels I could not find scale models or Testors model paints... and when I asked for a can of airbrush propellant that I needed I was told it was behind the counter at the front of the store (to keep it away from drug addicts?). So I wait on a long checkout line, only to find that they don't "think" that they have any inventory (they would not bother to perform an inventory check). Maybe it's a problem with Seven Corners in general, which was a showcase shopping destination in the 1950s and has been on a long, long downward slide. But the place possesses the sad air of a run-down amusement park that might house a deranged clown from a horror movie, or a place where a lonely old lady who owns twenty cats might buy scrapbooking materials to make memento book that no-one will look at and will be swept out with every other possession when the mailman eventually smells her corpse. In my mind I heard "Eleanor Rigby" while I was in there. So even as Michaels goes, this is a rinky-dink Michaels.
