Your standard hotel. Skip breakfast, they charge you $15 for continental breakfast and serve bad coffee. The employees even feel bad about it because they know what a bad deal it is. Broken shower door aswell.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Overall, the room was clean. Staying on a weekday evening, there were a lot fewer people than our previous weekend stay when many families with teens were staying at this hotel for a sporting event. There was ample parking in the basement level of the garage. Walkable area with restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Some of the furniture showed wear. Walls are kind of thin letting in some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

Although my room was clean I almost scolded myself in the shower because the dial seems to be out of sync. Surprised I never received a survey from Hilton to pass along feedback from their hotel. Overall not a terrible stay, just not a great one.

Only thing I found not up to par was the "buffet". They were charhing $18 it wasnt half of what they offer at most complementary ones at other locations. Passed on that.

Staff were delightful, particularly Jeffrey and Juan. Everything about the hotel was so homey and comfortable. Wonderful food. Hope to return soon, thanks so much!

I called a few days late to reserve a room from a wedding block but they were all filled unfortunately. No problem, that's on me. The block rate was $159/night. They helped me create a Hilton "Rewards" account and gave me a discounted members rate of $190/night. To be expected. I made the reservation then checked the pricing online (w/ no "Rewards" membership), $170/night. I've been bamboozled. Reservation canceled. Shame. Called the Courtyard Marriott in Dunn Loring. They gave me a rate cheaper than their original wedding block rate ($157/night) and the price matched what they had online. Shoutout Marriott ig.

Great location. You can walk a few blocks in either direction and find food and essentials. A few Mike's from. Walmart in Tysons and Ross is in the opposite direction. Staff friendly, breakfast was great. Had an indoor pool I wish I got to use.

Update: I’ve now been here 3 nights and I am adjusting my rating downward. The bathroom has serious issues - clogged sink drain and a tub that leaks water into the hallway. Also no service for 3 days - our 3 garbage cans are running over, and I had to ask for service in order to get them emptied. The staff are pleasant enough, but the service is really lacking. Not at all happy with this stay. Hilton usually does so much better - very disappointing.
110 rooms in the hotel, and they only have 2 small luggage carts that move maybe 2 suitcases at a time. One clerk working, so long wait time if you need anything - he was very nice and scrambled to find a cart, but he shouldn't have to do that. Just acquire more luggage carts! The rooms are also really worn out and in serious need of a refresh. I last stayed here 8 years ago, and absolutely nothing has been done to update the hotel in that time. Our room also has a funky odor, could use some air freshener.

Upon checking out- wasn't asked how my stay was. Surprised by the outdated damaged furniture in the room. I thought this was a newer location. Breakfast supervisor is pushy and rude. When I said 'no' to their bad quality of eggs. They cut off my access card an hour early before checkout. When I asked how come I couldnt get back into the room where my purse was and belongings- I got a lame answer. Low water pressure in the shower-I kept going closer to the showerhead to get more water on me. When the shower tile got wet- you could see white streaks of white running down the wall-(bleach)? Odd
From what I can see-the only saving grace in this is a black female front desk attendant named Shavon? She was helpful and did her job assisting me. Too bad she has to work with non-professionals- who give off a bad 1st impression. There's room for lots of improvement here. I do not plan on returning- nor would I recommend this particular location for a Hilton stay. Pricey which is fine for a nice visit -not the one I experienced.

The room was nice but the refrigerator made a horrible noise so I alerted the front desk. The woman at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and said she was the only one working and that it couldn't get fixed until Monday (this was a Friday). She asked us if we wanted to switch rooms but instead, we opted to just unplug the fridge instead of relocating our kids and luggage. I also asked for 6 towels and she asked me how many people I had in the room. I told her 4 by then she asked me why which was a little strange. (They didn't have a bath mat so I used the 2 towels so no one hurt themselves). She did bring up the 6 towels in the end. Overall it was ok other than that. The room appeared clean and the building and grounds were clean. They have a decent pool that the kids enjoy and they have an exercise room.

I was greeted by short older man with glasses. As a Diamond member, he informed me that I would not be entitled to any Diamond benefits since I reserved through a third party. He said it in a rude manner. I book reservations through work and have always received my rewards this way.
I had a coupon for free breakfast. The server was confused about it and was making a big deal since she said that she typically wrote out a receipt and had people fill it out with my info. She kept going back and forth between me and desk attendant. It was bothersome since she kept interrupting me during my breakfast. I was on a time crunch and wanted to eat and go.
