"I was really disappointed with the shawarma I got. It lacked any real flavor – no salt, no pepper, and no seasoning at all. The biggest issue was the massive chunks of onions inside, which completely overwhelmed the taste. It was honestly hard to eat and not enjoyable at all. Definitely won’t be ordering this again."

Quality is not the same as used to. Make sure to check your pick up order before you leaving. Last my order was missing fries and meal was not hot. I believe they put shawarma in press grill for short time and shrak bread was not crispy enough.

This would be a great place if they learned how to pack the items you paid for in your takeout/delivery bag. Food is good but you might waste money and not receive your full order.

Haifa Grill is an absolute gem that I can't recommend enough. From the moment I walked in, the service was nothing short of amazing. I initially ordered the beef shawarma rice platter, mistakenly thinking it came with hummus and pita. After realizing my mistake, the worker at the front register kindly provided me with some hummus on the side and even threw in a pita. This kind gesture perfectly exemplifies the exceptional customer service here.
The portion sizes are incredibly generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. My husband ordered the beef shawarma with shrak, and I was blown away by the flavor and texture. The shrak, a thin bread that wraps the food securely, was a delightful alternative to the usual pita. It held everything together perfectly and added a wonderful texture to the meal.
The pickles added just the right amount of tanginess to bring all the flavors together, and both the beef and chicken were tender and moist. While the platters are fantastic, I highly recommend trying the shrak for an even better experience.
Haifa Grill truly excels in both food quality and service, making it a must-visit spot. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is straight gas and sure to leave you satisfied.

Really good food. But fingerprints on windows and upstairs isn’t clean. Plus there’s homeless and druggies in the parking lot. I would like to recommend they get Salaam Cola.
