If you have an Rx plan to lose an hour waiting in line. Or more. The line is always insane and even when it isn’t they are super slow and incompetent. I went the moment they opened this morning to be first in line and I waited 40 minutes and was still not helped. They sent someone from the front to help but she couldn’t figure out how to find the Rxs based on how they were sorted. I left with no rx again. This was the fourth time this week CVS pharmacy was too slow to let me pick up my Rx.

Wow, just got the worse experience ever in this place. Trying to pay on self checkout a dude supposedly the manager of night shift on weekends started yelling at me In front of the whole store staff and customers. Seems to be CVS don't care about customers at all and hire whatever people. This is unacceptable and couldn't be more disappointed at this point

When I went there they charged $30 for a box of disposable surgical masks and the price wasn't disclosed until I checked out. I recommend shopping somewhere that doesn't gouge prices for necessities in the middle of a pandemic.

The cashiers are running a scam. They offered my husband a $10 coupon if he used his credit card or bank card. A few months later they offered me the same. A month later they started debiting $5 from my bank account. We checked my husband's account and discovered they had been debiting $5 for the past 5 months. We called CVS 800# and after 1.5 hour of holding and being transferred from person to person they agreed to stop the debits on my husband's account but refused to stop them on mine and hung up on me. Offering a coupon without explaining there will be an accompanying monthly fee is FRAUD. They are ripping people off.

The pharmacists are the best! Friendly, helpful and caring. They are always willing to take time and explain....questions about medications, insurance issues, possible contra-indications, they can suggest OTC medications etc..High 5!

He’s been talking on his personal phone for the past 30 minutes and he’s very very rude he needs to be transported and he’s not helping the customers he doesn’t have a name tag and he’s very lazy.

I love having a "CVS buck" story. I had a coupon, cvs bucks and generated $4 more cvs bucks with my transaction. There were several items discounted at 75% off. I usually roam the aisles to learn what I didn't know I needed.The store was clean and tidy. The cashier was polite. She was respectful of safe distancing and asked if I wanted to bag my (extremely discounted) items.
