I have always come to this place to undergo an inspection and the car had a light on the dashboard and it always happened now I get a lot of things that don't happen that the mechanic pays for and to top it all off the man treated me very badly... I won't be coming back never here

I had my car inspected here in April 2023 and I lost my retractable back scratcher. No one gets in my car except me. I only took my car to this gas station for a state inspection and only that old mechanic guy got inside my car. I only noticed it was gone when I got home after I parked my car and I needed to use my back scratcher. I didn't want to return back to the gas station, it was not an expensive back scratcher but that's not my point here. That old mechanic was dishonest.

I swear they let anyone run these businesses. First I was forced to use the pump because they don't have a system to use your rewards inside the store. Of course they authorized everything in my checking and have no clue when it will return.

My family and I are very loyal customers. We waited forty minutes for one oil change (for one car)and an inspection for another car. We were the first ones in line. All of a sudden when a white woman came to the store, a man with a short white beard wanted to put her before us because “her daughter needs the car for prom”. Sir, we need our cars too and not for some frivolous reason like prom. The man ignored us, insulted us, and told us to either wait or leave. We’ve never dealt with this kind of racism before at this location. We though that because we were loyal customers that he wouldn’t treat us horribly. We have no issues with all of the people that were there—he is the only disrespectful and racist person that we’ve encountered there. He is the man who usually does the car inspections. Shame on him.

Cheapest gas station I know of between Alexandria and Lorton. Every penny saved counts. A little hard to get in and out of the property, but worth the hassle for the savings.
