American flag on the pole needs to be repaired. Housekeeping needs to mop floors in the rooms they are very dirty. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room 155 had no hot water in the shower I tried to run it for 20 minutes it was freezing cold. The hot tub only had 2 out of 7 jets actually working for $170 this is the biggest rip off of my life. Why was housekeeping knocking I’m on the door at 10:40am if check out is at 11am!? What is wrong with people?
