I came in with my mom to look for new bedroom furniture for my younger brother. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by Wendy. We told her what he were looking for, and she walked us throughout the store showing us our different options. She provided outstanding customer service and made our shopping experience a great one. We definitely enjoyed our time with her in store! I will be back and will be asking for Wendy!

Wow. Excellent service. Beautiful furniture.Good price. We initially dismissed the store because we assumed it would be low quality because of the word "discount." Wrong! So glad we took a look!!! We love our furniture from Bob's and we are IMPRESSED with the customer service that comes after the purchase! We needed a few adjustments and they were very responsive. The telephone agents were supportive and they dispatched the right people with solutions. So happy. Excellent!

I went into the store with my list of needs and was met with a pleasant hello and a smile from Wendy. She was very attentive and showed me items that fit my list. She made the process very easy. We had great conversation as well. This was my second visit/time making a purchase at this store. With pleasant sales reps like Wendy, I will definitely return for any other items I may need in the future. It was a great experience.

My wife and I purchased a couch and lounge chair yesterday. Bob's had a wide variety to choose from and in the price ranges we wanted. The best part was the sales associate (Jarret in Bailys Crossroads). Jarret was helpful and just the right amount of attentiveness.

This is the most comfortable rug I’ve ever touched in my entire life. Dare I say it’s more comfortable than my bed. Allen was the best salesman ever and helped us exactly with what we needed. He deserves a raise!

This negative review is related specifically to recent delivery experience. Delivery team wanted to drop off furniture piece in our house and make us sign for the order without giving us the opportunity to unpack the piece and see what is in the box, if this was the correct item, color etc and if anything was missing. When I told him that I cannot sign and accept the order without opening the box and checking if everything was ok, he told me we can call customer service if anything is wrong and simply left. I saw him signing for the order on the device himself. This is the second time we are having negative experience with Bobs delivery service and although the furniture is ok it will be probably the last time we are buying anything from there.

This was my 1st time in Bob's, and I was only in the looking phase when I walked in. Allen, my sales associate, was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was informative without being pushy or upselling me. I took my time looking at all their options and collections and never felt rushed, watched, or hovered over. I walked out with a bedroom set and a living room set that were both my style, my comfort setting, and most importantly, my price range. With their quality furniture I won't need any replacements any time soon, but they do have a repeat buyer when I'm ready for something else.

I shopped at Bob's Discount Furniture for the first time on 11/11/23. I specifically went to the location in Falls Church, VA. I was looking for a couch. At first I was overwhelmed because my mother and I were immediately greeted by multiple sales associates who wanted to assist. It was then that we met Laila. She asked me what I was looking for and then pointed me to the possible options. Laila allowed me time and space to look at each item on my own while she stepped away. I appreciated that because I didn't want to feel pressured and I didn't. After deciding on the piece of furniture that I wanted, I let her know what it was. She went through the paperwork with me, but I learned so much more. Through chitchat, I learned her heroic story that brought her here to the US. She also shared with us some of her cultural and geographic background. Some may think that this isn't relevant to the purchasing experience, but for my mother and I it was. She connected with us as both buyers and human beings. I would highly recommend Laila and Bob's Discount Furniture.

I am giving it a one star. The reason: when we went to pick and chose our furniture. The sales person Allen, repeatedly stated that we would be signing up for a loan of 0 interest for a year. He used the term LOAN more than once. So sure, why not do that? 0 interest LOAN. Can't beat that. Then today I received an email stating about a credit card agreement. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but credit card agreement is NOT Loan. Don't get me wrong the furniture is great. We bought our furniture from Bob's in the past. I am giving one star because I do not like being lied to.

Ordered a piece of furniture online that indicated that it was "In Stock" and paid for it selecting to pick it up in the store to save time. After taking my $$$$ they sent the receipt then disappeared. I haven't heard anything from them even after taking the initiative myself to call. Same song and dance that the store will let me know when it's ready for pickup.I knew going in that Bob's is a "Discount" store, and they clearly live up to the title. I guess Bob's management has forgotten that good relationships are built on good communication. If there are delays, customers like me are fine waiting if we receive communication.If you are ok waiting for an unknown period of time, then roll the dice and buy from Bob's. But, if you like communication as to what the status of your orders are, best to buy elsewhere.

We love our new furniture! It’s such a great deal and it looks great in our house! We got a king size bed set and nice wrap around couch with a Queen sleeper! The cost was great and we were in and out of the store in no time! Great prices I must say!Delivery was wonderful too super fast and on delivery they were on time if not early and they built the furniture quickly and the team was in and out in no time!This is the second time we have bought furniture for our home from Bobs! You will love how it all looks in your home we sure do! :)

My sales representative was very professional and patient with helping me find what I wanted. I told him that we were just looking and he gave us ample time to look around and made great suggestions on measurements. He also suggested that we could come back with our measurements. His expert advice and patience made me very excited to buy my living room set.
