When they sold me the product every body was wonderful, but when. I went to pick up my product they made me wait 30 minutes after I’ll already had an appointment, guess they want you pay the extra for delivery , not satisfied at all

Terrific service from Jafar! He was very helpful, friendly, professional, and helped me to find the perfect couch within minutes! I love how quickly we were able to decide on the perfect furniture for myself, and how soon we would be able to get delivery!

I'm highly upset & concerned about my furniture, data,privacy & finances. It's a week 2day purchsd bedrm furn & delvry was schdl 4 Thursday morn. No 1 showed up 4 delvry i called Bob's Furniture store n Falls Church Va where I purchased my bedrm furniture & phone disconnected very concerned I called several other stores in the DMV & got same results "DISCONNECTED" Corporate number & online delivery tracker out of service. I visited the store that evening n search of answers and was told by mgr SWE there maintenance going on and there working on it ...well its been going on 5 days & same results!! BOBS FURNITURE STORES HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN HACKED HACKED HACKED COMPROMISED, DATA BREACH. And they are blatantly lying to us customers. I'm very concerned 3my information. And to make it worse I'm sleeping on my floor due to the fact I spent a very pretty penny $$$ on bedrm furniture set that I haven't received. I cant even get a refund because there systems have been shut down & over taken by hackers. Ridiculous. And they are lying to customers. I need my $$ & have to take desperate measures to protect my privacy. WTH BOB'S!! I will never shop at your store. Beware everyone if you recently went to BOBS

My husband and I are both young and this is our first time making a major furniture purchase. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and don’t harass you the whole time you are in the store. They are very knowledgeable, Cassi helped us and she is amazing! We were able to confidently buy our first couch.

We have furnished our home with furniture from Bob's Furniture. Wendy has something about her that makes us come back to the store over and over. She helped us purchase our first bedroom set, our very first living room set, our second living room set, our bar, and now our dining set. She is such an amazing salesperson, and every time we visit the store just to see what is new, if she is there, we always end up purchasing something. She is amazing!

Bob's has been consistent in their quality. I am always satisfied with my purchases. I regularly go to Bob's in Falls Church, VA because of Wendy's excellent customer service.
