Jose in the Falls Church store was helpful and was informative about my brakes and rotors he also told me I had acquired $ in points I had no idea about. Overall if you shop at this Autozone in Falls Church next to the Liberty gas station, ask for Jose first because he is the most knowledgeable and helpful!!

My cousin and I came to this location to purchase a temp glass for one of the side mirrors and needed help. Camden was amazing and went above and beyond with helping us figure out the issue with our current state of the mirror and assisted us. I went to pick up some parts . The lady at the cashier register, she had bad actitud and rude after I talked to her that. She star screaming in front to my kids... wear thing she Said. She was the manager on duty. This was Wednesday Jun 26.

Went to get a specific part. The lady at the front was rude. Impatient and doing her own thing. I specifically asked a part with a part number and she ignored that and brought out 3 wrong serpentine belts. Then she tried to charge me more then what the website price was... never happened to me before and I could tell not just her attitude was off... never recommending this store or company...
