Hello, I visited the salon twice yesterday and the Filipina who received me told me to come back in 30 minutes and come back and then she told me to come back in 30 and I didn't come back and today she called me the same thing and told me they don't have good service. always very busy

Kim is a true artist. She is amazing. She loves her job and cares about her clients. I have been her client for almost 9 years. Look at these beautiful nails ? she just did for me. I will never change Kim. She is the BEST. Love her work and every time I walk out of the nail salon happy with my nails. Thank you Kim.

Met a friend for a lunch that went way overlong but was in desperate need of a manicure. Found Posh nails conveniently right across the street but at 430 on a Sunday dangerously close to closing.
I called to see if they could squeeze me in and Kim was quick to say no problem at all. When I walked in a few minutes later was greeted warmly and told to relax and settle in. Despite just being a basic manicure, Kim took her time and did an excellent job. Even fixing one of my weak and broken nails rather than just cutting it off.
I'm not usually this far out from home but often enough that I know I'll be back.

I visited Posh Nails and Spa in Fairfax Circle today and the owner “Kim” did a wonderful nail service for me. I was treated well and Kim was attentive to my desires and wants. The salon was clean, the staff were friendly and soft music playing in the background. Im so glad a TV wasn’t on with negative news stories on a repeat cycle like some other salons in the area. Kim suggested a dipping powder would be healthier to my natural nails and allow them to grow better. I was accustom to having acrylic and was happy to make a change for the better. The soft pink turned out just perfect and the gel top coat allowed them to be dry immediately. I’m new to dipping powder and so far, its my new choice. Thank you Kim and all the love you provided me and my nails. Katherine 5/20/24

Edit: for you to say that I should have told the nail tech right away, you obviously did not read my review correctly. As I have mentioned on my first review, I have. Literally throughout the whole thing. She just kept saying it’s fine, that it’s supposed to be that way. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted, not the color. What kind of work I wanted done. She proceeded to do what she wanted and tried to do gelx on me instead of what I asked for. I stopped her immediately and told her what I wanted again. Even after all that I was so upset that I asked for it to be taken off. She said no, come back in two weeks because it’ll look better when it’s refilled. SMH. That’s why I asked someone else in the same shop to change it for me because I didn’t have the energy to argue anymore with the person that did the first nails. So stop your lies. Your business should be stopped with the amount of dust and cuticles and dead skin that’s piled up in your drawers and tools that you never clean. I completely regret ever giving you guys a chance.
You need to listen to the negative reviews. I regret going. The worst experience I’ve ever had. So many to list that I’m just going to leave pictures with a brief description
What I got after telling her multiple times I don’t like what she’s doing and she told me that it’s fine that I’m too picky

Really, but really the best nail salon experience I've ever had. I walked to the salon for the first time and asked Kim for a French manicure with an almond shape and also I need two extensions for broken nails. She gave me a "modern" french manicure but classy, nothing crazy. She knew what I needed without telling her much. Then I decided to go for a pedicure with Maya and she also made me feel sooo comfortable since my feet are extremely sensitive. I can't be happier! Thank you both for taking care of me. See you soon.

I loved my experience at Posh nails. I was visiting the area when my nail unexpectedly broke. This was the first place that was recommended to me on Google. I called to make an appointment to beat the Sunday rush and was able to get in. My nail tech, Kim was so sweet and gave me snacks while I waited as she was finishing with another guest. I consistently get dip powder as it’s an extra layer of protection on my nails. Kim fixed any weak point in my nails and helped me with figuring out a design. I loved my conversation with Kim. She’s so sweet, attentive, and has a great knowledge of nail care and great ideas. Will be visiting again when I’m back in the area.
