This place is under new management. I have taken my dogs to previous owners for years with great result. I have two geriatric small dogs and never heard anything but good things! They tolerate being washed and blowdryed at home perfectly well. Today however, these owners proceeded to complain about my dogs, stating they are difficult so they charged an extra $20. Additionally, because they "don't like being blowdryed" they blowdried my two older shelter dogs while they were in a cage. Lastly, they suggested I give my dogs sedatives before their next grooming. They don't even need sedatives for the vet. Something tells me they will be charging people a lot of extra money for their "difficult" dogs.

Very bad place and communication made a call to schedule an appointment and everything was planed good but when the day came I made a call to make sure my appointment was made at the time I knew so when I called it turns out they never made the appointment! They said that I had to pay a 40$ deposit first and THEN they'll make the appointment BUT when I FIRST called they never said any of that so I was very disappointed because I cleared my schedule for this today ON A SPRING BREAK this place NEEDS better people and better communication I could barely hear the lady speak on the phone even on full volume on speaker!!sorry but if ur gonna just scam me like that I'd Rather just bathe my dog at home. this place sorry but is a 1 star

My dogs have never looked better and they aren't afraid to go. They leave refreshed and relaxed which is exactly what they deserve. They smell so good and the cut is even. Thanks for excellent service and making my boys look so handsome and clean.

Prices go up with every visit! $120 for a medium Bordoodle! Looking elsewhere for a more fair price.

Excellent service and my boys are adorable ?. My Yorkie is 14 years old and blind so it was terrifying for me the first time I dropped him off but when I picked him up he was happy and wiggly and showed no signs of stress. I will definitely keep using this place.

I’ve taken my cat here since the moment I heard they were amazing with cats. However, the salon switched owners this past November or October and unfortunately it was not the same experience. On Nov 22 I took my cat for a grooming, and I was so hopeful that she would get groomed like the times before, because the moment I walked in the woman was so hesitant ( my cat comes medicated and in her bag.) I was called 4 hours later (she was there since 10 am) to be told that my cat did not allow them to touch her, so they couldn’t get her groomed. I was shocked, honestly. My cat is not an angel but she has been going to this salon for the longest and I have never had a problem with the previous groomers or owner. Fast forward to when I picked her up, my cat was so calm towards me. I tried to reschedule and the woman was so hesitant to even make another appointment for me, so I asked if the groomers were the same and that was when I found out that the business switched owners. Mind you my cat has Gabapentin, and has gotten cuts here before. Fast forward to the following week for her next appointment, I did not even get a reminder. Therefore the woman did not even bother to make an appointment. I am disappointed because there are many cat parents that take their cats there, so if they can’t handle cats anymore they should be aware of the customers they are loosing.

Garbage!!!! The owner changed and now they will make your dog look like a RAT! Brought my Bichon Frise here, even paid and extra $15 (total $115 + $20 tips) so they comb my dogs hair first before grooming, and make my dogs hair look kind of puffy. They just took the trimmer and trimmed my dog to barely no hair left! I am pretty sure it took them 2min to complete the job! My younger sister would do a better job for free! And guess what? they will not even let you see your dog until you pay first! Because they know they made your dog look like a rat and you will not be paying that money for this garbage job! Never coming again here. IF YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO LOOK LIKE A RAT THAN GO TO THIS PLACE.

They recently changed their owner and my experience here was amazing! The quality is amazing as my dog came back looking and smelling so good! All of their services are very high quality and worth the price. Highly recommend bringing your dog here for a groom! They also offer dog boarding! Can't wait to come back here.

Do not take your dog here! They are very discriminative towards dogs especially if your dog is pit-mixed. I even called to ask if the groomer that usually bathes my dog was there and they said, "yes". I walked in and the lady told me that she can't take my dog because the "kind of dog" he is. She laughed at my face and said "sorry". If you take a look at their reviews and website, they clearly take small dogs and a specific type.They are also overpriced - just a bath for your dog will cost you $50. This will not include nails being clipped or any other services such as ear cleaning, glands, etc.I highly recommend NOT to take your dog(s) here. There are many other places that are more welcoming and will provide a better service as well as better rates.

They really came through for me when petsmart cancelled my dog's appointment same day (after canceling twice before). They were able to see her same day and it was a reasonable price too! Highly recommend, I love supporting Korean businesses.
