Warm welcoming during intake/paperwork! I wish that was the case going back.The lady taking my vitals, temperature and so on, seems to be annoyed to be there. Unfortunately, I had her last time and thought the same thing.The doctor was okay.My wait was over an hour and I’m not sure what took so long. Maybe they need a nurse practitioner/doctor on call. My doctor visit was maybe 8 minutes if she had to get the prescriptions.I’m not interested in talking to anyone who is sorry in response to my review. Just fix it, Catherine!I’ll try another location next time.

2 stars only because front staff and nurses were polite. Doctor acted like he was annoyed that we came in, gave no introduction, and left within 5 minutes of arriving. Manner lacking here.

This is a worse place to go for a medical care. They make you wait for 2-3 hours. They don’t care if you are having a pain and need immediate attention. So please if you have a chance to go to a different place do it, don’t even think!!!

I had a really great experience visiting Patient First and would recommend them to anyone who has an issue that needs attention. Was having some mild chest pain and difficulty catching a deep breath - within a couple hours I was diagnosed with bronchitis, prescribed antibiotics and out the door. 4 days later I'm feeling a lot better. All of the nurses, doctor and X-Ray tech had great bedside manners and were attentive and answered all my questions. Thank you, Patient First!
