This was my first time going in for in annual since 2017 and I was nervous due to being larger and previous negative experience but this office made me feel so at ease! I completed all my check in documents 2 days before and provided my ID and insurance so all the front desk did was verify I had them with me. I only waited about 5 mins before being taken back for my vitals, all done very efficiently and waited 10 mins for Dr. Hegde who was the star of my amazing experience. He immediately made me feel at ease, was very respectful and polite, constantly checking in with me and making sure I was informed of everything being done. Bloodwork was quick and easy, and I was in and out of the office in an hour! I will definitely be coming again, and will definitely make Dr. Hegde my PCP ?

My doctor left, who was a younger female doctor. They randomly reassigned me to an old male doctor, and I prefer a female doctor. When I called to see if I could switch to another female provider I was turned away because none of them are taking new patients.Look like I’m on the hunt for a new PCP

I had horrible experience with the billing department and physicians at this practice. I was charged with an extra visit charges for answering few questions that doctor asked me during my annual visit. It's impossible to get responses on phone at this practice. It took me 15 phone calls to get in contact with practice manager and even after that I was left without any resolution.

Even if you check in and wait you will be overlooked. They said I will be seen soon and then I waited 45 minutes. Waste of time because they are prejudice on who gets checked in and when. Even when I asked to physically give them my insurance card she said wait but took someone else’s before me.

I'm a 1st timer here. Called to get an appointment for an annual physical checkup and the person who answered the phone was nice. Had the checkup with NP Lindsay Stanton. She is nice. Asked all the routine questions. I also asked questions, and she addressed all my concerns. The front desk staff was nice, the nurse, Grace, who took my height/weight/blood pressure was also very nice and professional. They asked me if a training Doctor/NP can also be in the room. The nurse who took my blood sample was also nice. In general, my experience as the 1st timer is positive.

The office is clean, staff are respectful and efficient. Dr. Harrington has a great bedside manner takes my concerns seriously. I have to get blood drawn somewhat regularly and the phlebotomist I have seen is very good at his job. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

INOVA Primary Care has been wonderful for me so far. They are easy to schedule with (online booking), and have always run on time for my appointments. The nurses are caring and friendly. I see Lindsey Stanton and can't say enough good things about her- empathetic, thorough, caring. I used to avoid going to checkups because of impersonal, uncaring doctors. Lindsey has changed that experience and now I feel comfortable seeking regular care.

It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them on the phone!!! I called two days ago requesting a few blood pressure pills for my husband who has an appointment in less than a week with them but was out of BP medications. The person that answered was totally incompetent and told me it would take two days before the doctor of NP would receive the note. I told her he was completely out and needed them. It was never done and since then I have not been able to get through to them. The same recording saying there are 20 people ahead of me keeps playing. I left my number for a call back and it's been over 24 hours!! In the meantime, my husband is without his BP medications. So if something happens I guess I know who is responsible!! Totally incompetent!

Over all decent experience… but it’s a bit slow. Have to block off whole morning to get a physical due to wait time. Things could be more efficient.

I needed to make an appointment to renew a prescription. I was told that I had to appear in person with a mask on. I am not willing to impair my breathing and my overall health by suffocating myself. The snotty unprofessionalism of my points of contact was breathtaking, as were the alibis about "CDC requirements". Mask Naziism from any source is revoltingly unacceptable and a deal-breaker.
