Truly the worst experience I've had getting my blood drawn. The whole time the phlebotomist was working with me, she continually repeated how much Jesus loved me, how he would save me, etc.. Extremely inappropriate and off-putting. I do not get blood drawn for pleasure, nor for a religious experience. I was honestly disgusted. It didn't help that the lab was dirty, patients are separated by a curtain, and the staff is s l o w. If you have to get blood drawn, there are much better options nearby (VHC in Arlington being my first choice).

The opening hour is very misleading. I have been there at 7:00 numerous time which is the opening hour but you wait wait and wait. Meanwhile they are getting their food delivered, chatting in the back. Worst customer service, people just walking around back and forth ignoring patients. If they are not ready to receive patient at the opening hour why not open at later time? People don't want to go there and just wait around like they have nothing else to do.

I have basically never posted a review of anything on here, but this lab made my wife wait for more than an hour and a half beyond her appointment time to draw blood from an infant. Our 9 month old was kept waiting in the waiting room, needing a nap, bottle, etc. for close to two hours for a 9:30 AM appointment. Never go to this location. The staff was unsympathetic and it is insane that the place was so backed up or incompetent so early in the morning.

Very unhappy with experience! The personnel was rude, talking very unpolite with me and my wife. They even forgot to do a test that was on the doctor's order. We were about to leave and I asked them if they did that test too. They realized they forgot and did it, eventually. I felt treated inappropriately and unwelcomed by the personnel.

Ms. Lavette and Barbara are so welcoming and aware to greet everyone even if they are super busy.This lab location is the best lab I have been to, I leave satisfied and will be returning for additional follow up labs!

Went to the INOVA LAB this morning to get my A1C checked. So I'm fasting and I had a morning Blood Sugar of 86, so I kind of need to get my Blood drawn pretty quickly because I might have a sugar crash, the nurse idiots let this other woman in ahead of me who just shows up and is allowed in without following the order in which we signed up, then when I complain that I'm fasting and I need the blood drawn because I'm a diabetic, the African American Woman, who BTW was 15 minutes late to work, tells me I can leave if I want to and hands me back my ID's. Then they realize they messed up so they take me back to draw the blood on another table and the nurse then botches up the needle insert on my left arm and has to find a vein by moving the needle around, in my arm! They finally manage to get my blood from my right arm and I finally get home to get some food so I don't go into a coma.

Getting in touch with someone to schedule an appointment is joke. You pretty much have to call incessantly. Check in takes forever, appointments are never on time.

This facility could be better. Came for a pre surgery Covid test. The place has so many confusing signs. Half of them need to disappear.The place appears a bit unorganized and needs a good cleanup. If someone could come on and spend a weekend cleaning house it could be better. For a newer building it’s already looking drab and dated.The employees are nice but not the most professional. In the end I got the service I was there for. I think upper management needs to make sure things are in thier place and to better train thier staff especially with being discreet with patient’s private information and not announcing everything loudly.

The worst medical service in years! Hire some new people who want to be here or retrain them! I don't have time for their bad attitudes while I pay you to do a service. If you can't get it right then get out of the health care "business" because clearly you don't care. All of your reviews say the same thing. Are you even listening?
